This company has been running a 5 minute 10 minute add mostly in Spanish which is highly offensive this is the United States learn to speak the language. Every spokes hoe is about as fake as possible and all designed to lure in men it looks like somebody cut the top of everyone of the Spanish speaking quote unquote models whereas the other models seem to be somewhat reserved. What a disgusting disgusting company.

Last minute driving by decided to stop to check out a Ram 2500 we saw. Actually just left another dealership and decided to check out this Ram before heading home. From the time we walked in, to the time the deal was made and done, they treated us with respect and so comfortable like as if we knew them. Ended up pulling the trigger and bought the Ram. Matt and Nat were the best duo here and helped negotiate a deal that we were comfortable with. All in all super amazing staff and so lucky we had Matt and Nat help us work through the deal quickly and made us happy. Thank you guys!!! We would definitely recommend your dealership to do business with.

I have purchased many new and used vehicles from dealerships in my life and this by far was the easiest and most comfortable experience I’ve had by far. After I made the appointment Matt stayed in touch with me via text to answer any questions or concerns I had even before the appointment. Upon meeting Matt he was very upbeat and made us feel like family. I didn’t feel rushed during the test drive and Matt took the stress out of the whole experience.
He explained everything in great detail making sure I understood the whole process. And even went through the CarFax history report! Paperwork was a breeze and he helped crunch numbers to make the deal work just for me. Thank you for making my experience at Brandon Mitsubishi so fun and easy. Bait and Switch at its worst!!!
You walk in ready to part with your hard earned cash and before you know it your advertised price is almost $6,000 more!!!
Now I am cool with paying the normal fees associated with buying a car. That said… when you sit down to start negotiating to discover there’s $1,000 added for not living in a specific zip code and $1,000 for not using their preferred lender and then another $1,000 because you didn’t qualify for the first two you would be rightfully annoyed. That’s not all though, now you have to add the mandatory pre-installed ‘deluxe super-duper shiny special VIP platinum package’ worth $2,750 on top (a package worth about $150 at best).
So it doesn’t matter how amazing your sales rep Aubrey is (and she was fantastic) you’re just not going to want to spend $23,000+ on a car advertised at $15,800!!!
It’s funny though, because they clearly aren’t getting the message. I was one of three potential buyers who refused to pay this ridiculous add-on. I watched best part of $50,000 worth of car purchases go elsewhere in the space of 30 minutes for this exact reason.
Oh and I’m not going to talk about the bomb-site of a lot because they are building a new one up the road.
