My husband and I have been looking for the perfect car for over a month. We went into Brandon Hyundai, our salesman CASH was amazing from start to end. He welcomed us in as if we were family. I could tell from the beginning it was more than a sale for him, it was personal!!! Cash listen to what I was looking for and I already had a car picked out in my mind although cash didn’t think I would like it, he was right!! after driving it I didn’t like it. Cash showed me a 2nd option and I fell in love with the car. It was perfect like he said it would be! Long story short we bought the car, Cash and his finance manager was absolutely amazing! I picked up the car the next day after work hours and to my surprise cash was there waiting there like he said he would be. That truly meant a-lot to us! Best car dealership experience I’ve ever experienced!! I also got an amazing deal!!! Thank you! -Mya

Very disappointed with your service department. My wife brought our vehicle in for service (oil change & diagnostic check). It’s been well over 3 hours and it hasn’t even been serviced yet. That’s with an appointment! This isn’t the first time either. We purchased our 2022 Palisade Calligraphy from you all too. Our vehicle purchased experience was exceptional but your service department lacks!Update, got the vehicle back a day later. Then there’s hand/fingers prints again all over the hood/ grille.

I had a poor experience last week with this dealership's sales department. I think it's essentially a bate and switch shop. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Brought a car there to service they called my wife that there are issues. I called 4 times to talk to them about it the next day no one answered the service phone. Let 2 messages no call back. Called 2 times now the next day asked the receptionist to help she had me on hold and transferred me to voice mail for Harold even though I was asking for Mario she told me they don't change thier voice mail it.They have my car and I can not get any answers about what is going on.Do not bring your car there for service!!!!!

We bought our car in for service. Abel is our service advisor. He got the car at 8:30 am and not a word from him. I have texted, as he asked, numerous times with no response. Tried to leave a voice mail and his mailbox is full. It is almost 4pm and I have been forced to ask my wife to go to the dealership at 5:15 to get the car finished or not.

One of the worst dealerships around I went last week to trade in my car for an suv and I showed them my credit report because I didn't want them to run my credit until we come to a number that we agree on and one of the financing managers told me that they won't be able to do the deal and my sales man became very rude sitting down and talking to me like I'm nobody so I walked out and as I'm leaving another manager comes to me and said let's try 1 bank only to see what kind of rate they get and said that I don't have to wait just fill out the application and he would call me and I emphasized only 1 bank no more and he said ok I go home and later that day I get 12 notifications from my credit monitoring IQ saying that they ran my credit with 12 different banks and till today no one called me from them l called them to complain and they kept giving me the run around so they really deserved a 1 star review

I research to death anything that costs a lot of money. I live in Bradenton and I had to block dealerships in my area. I found the vehicle AND price I wanted at Brandon Hyundai. I left my info on line and Noah B. emailed me. Very polite and courteous. We made an appointment and from the time I walked into Brandon Hyundai Noah B. was awesome. Not a "sleazy used car salesman" he never pushed me into something that I didn't want. Kudos to Jon too. Now for financing......I originally wanted to lease. HUGE shout-out to Faraz M. who made the numbers not only to purchase BUT the monthly payment is LESS than leasing!Thank you Gentlemen for making the effort!

Most definitely make sure you get Aaron to be your sales person. From the moment I completed the online credit application to buy a new 2024 Santa Cruz, I knew I was in good hands.Aaron sent a text to me complete with a video of himself and the vehicle I wanted so I could see who he was and that he was already working on my deal.Yes, I would have liked to seen the process be done in less than the 4 hours, but that is still one part of car buying that I guess never changes...well, it used to be a whole day process 30 years ago, so I won't complain.I have seen the posts about service. So, we will have to wait and see what happens with that department when the time comes.Thanks again Aaron!

owner of a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz Limited in Phantom Black. Purchased 02.02.22 at the Hyundai or New Port Richey, due to stock availability and my immediate need to purchase. My experience was very good - recommend them!Brandon Hyundai has been, a bit frustrating at first. The appointments I set are usually on line or app based; in which details for the appointment are required to insert at the time of creation. What has been a disappointing experience - when you arrive the Service Advisor still ASKS why I brought the car in for the appointment. WTF? Why require the information inserted in the first place?I will try to take some lengthy information and whittle it down to succinct information:First visit, show up, valet rep takes my keys and asks me to wait or get a ride home - I opted to get a ride home. There was NEVER a confirmation of what was to be done. SO Fully confident that the appointment is exactly what I had written up on the app. I get a call about 40 minutes later the car is ready "the oil change is done" - I'm like what the heck? I ask if they read my instructions on the app. (The car had 2,000 miles on it and I had already changed the oil at 1,000 - so first visit had to be rescheduled to accomplish the items written up RECALL stuff). Thereafter my visits were handled by Abel - Highly recommend asking for him as your Service Advisor!! and for over a year, no problems with communication of expected services... Then this July, same process, need an appointment for 10 k Oil change, recall matters and a warranty part defect issue. No problem, Mario is the Service Advisor... Set up a new appointment for the defective part replacement. Danny Rivera, Service Department Director had to intervene to get the part under warranty.Days later I look at the maintenance schedule report which comes with the receipt of services done, I see that both the air intake filter and the cabin air filter require, rather are suggested to be changed. So for the appointment to repair the defective part, while dropping off the car I inquire about the air filters and after a response from Mario, I CLEARLY STATE: 'DOES NOT NEED DONE AS THOSE ARE 2 MAINTENANCE ITEMS I CAN STILL DO AT MY AGE. *** Well, Mr I do not listen to my customer AKA Mario Oterio - added the change out of filters to my service work. I return to pick up the vehicle and I am told $135 for both filters to be changed. I then get into a contentious argument with Mario - fortunately Dan Rivera is sitting there - he interjects and states "Just send the vehicle back and have them take out the new filters and put back the former filters. That gets done - I drive home.A week later I decide to change out the filters- the hinged door to access the engine intake air filter is broken! I call and talk to Mario - he argues that there is NO WAY the service technicians broke it. I decide to call Hyundai corp. I spend 6 weeks going back and forth with Hyundai corp to get a resolution.Their resolution is to arrange an appointment and discuss the matter with Brandon Hyundai - HONESTLY is was Horse Ca Ca support from Hyundai!Today 09.06.23 I took the car in and had a "back and forth discussion with Dan Rivera" he argued that the part would be charged. Eventually after more discussion, he said wait here - next thing I know he returns with a Service Tech, the new air intake access part and it is replaced no charge. He and I exchanged some pleasantries - and I indicated I would support his great supportive action by getting on YELP and this write up!I have to give props to Dan, on 2 occasions he stepped up and went the extra mile to make me the customer satisfied. I now highly recommend Brandon Hyundai because they have a LEVEL headed, intelligent and experienced Service Director - thanks to Dan Rivera!

Noah is definitely attentive, honest and easy to speak with. Having this type of help was a plus, since I knew what I wanted but I did not know to get this done. In the beginning I was not certain that I would be able to get the type of vehicle but was made possible. Jason was also a very pleasant and he found the best company to finance the my new vehicle. Going forward I’ll be referring business to Brandon Hyundai.I appreciate you all.

I just bought my second car within 2 years at Brandon Hyundai. They really do go out of their way to make you happy. They had the exact car wanted delivered from a sister dealership within a day. The gave me a great deal on the car.
