Had a great experience buying our ‘25 palisade! We worked with Jay Fox, aka “young bob barker” and he was very personable and super helpful through the whole process. He got us the car we wanted at the price we wanted it. The color I wanted was not on the lot so Jay had it shipped here quickly and we picked it up the next day ready to go. He even loaded up our personal items from the old car into the new car in the rain so we wouldn’t have to. We also worked with Tyler in finance and he was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Made the signing process a breeze. While we finished that part, Jay drove our car into the showroom so we could drive away without walking out into the storm. Just an extra touch that was much appreciated since we had our 1 year old with us during the whole process. Definitely recommend sales consultant Jay Fox and Tyler Noyes in Finance if you are looking to buy a new car!

The price they put on the internet is just to get you in the door. There are SEVERAL additional "fees" they will tack onto the price before you are done. Expect to pay a minimum of 2500 more and that doesn't include the taxes title or tags. On top of that their fix for something we pointed out was wrong was to zip tie it to the frame.

I just went to get an oil change and tire alignment and had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Donnie worked on my car and spent time on the front end thoroughly checking everything. He was great at anticipating things and made sure I understood everything that they were doing with my car so that I could make informed decisions. He checked for any recalls on my car and made me feel like I was part of the process. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

I am editing a previous post. I had a situation with this dealership where a service rep promised so save parts, that I had bought from another party and had failed but were still under warranty. Those parts were unintentionally disposed of. When I discussed it with the Service Rep his response was sorry and he offered no remedy. I was very upset and left a less than flattering review. It was my opinion that my time is worth money similar to a Hyundai technician and I should not have to spend my afternoon at the dealership trying to get resolution. Thankfully Michael Israrry who is parts manager stepped in after seeing the review and personally walked my issue through the process and got me reimbursement. I am grateful for his concern and attention to remedy my situation. Due to his effort I will likely use this dealership again for service.

I worked with Nathan Hatcher on purchasing a new car. He was absolutely lovely, he listened to what I wanted, we went over Financials and then stared to show me cars that actually fit my needs and not what was the upsell. He made my car buying experience extremely pleasant. I will definitely make this dealership the home base for all my cars needs. It really was a pleasure working with Nathan. What an excellent employee ?.

By far...the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I hate going into dealers and getting shifted from manager to manager, waiting to see the next "deal" to be presented. Wasting 2-3 hours at the dealership.
I dealt with NONE of that garbage from Brandon Hyundai. In fact, 98% of the buying process was done via text message or email. They respected my wishes, contacted me when I asked and how I preferred.
Came in, took a test drive, and had the paperwork signed, key in hand in about 45 minutes.
I can't say enough about the team of Jay Fox and Joe Carey. Go see these guys and get your new ride, your way!

For several months myself and my husband drove to many dealerships, looking for a vehicle that could accommodate our growing family, including different Hyundai locations and the service I received at Brandon was by far the best. We had the pleasure of working with Armando Leon that ensured we were taken care of from the minute we first got in touch via phone through the entire purchase process. He was transparent with us and never pushed us into anything we were not comfortable with. He understood our goal and our budget. Initially when we made an appt. to view a car that would work with our budget, unfortunately it was sold when we arrived but between him and Joe (one of the mgrs at this location) they went above and beyond searching for a car that would accomodate our needs at a different location and brought it for us. The negotiation phase was seamless, and they truly made us feel valued. With a new baby on the way our budget was already maxed and they worked with us to get us somewhere comfortable. If you are looking for a place to purchase your next vehicle, please go see Armando, I've never had such a positive experience at a dealership before and our interaction with him exceeded our expectation to say the least. He was personable and just overall wonderful to deal with. Thank you so much for helping us finally locate a vehicle for our family.

If I could place this as a 0 stars I would after taking my cash $3500 and a $500 off. My card promise me your car been down here 3 times which is an hour one way.
Was told I was gonna have my car. They were gonna drop it off to me. Oh no, sorry hasn't gone through inspections. Oh no, sorry we can't get financing. Oh, let's not contact you and say Hey we're sending you your money. Nothing, so you wait 2 days you drive all the way. Back up here to be told that they will return it to me and a check melled to my house.Are you kidding me
Edit .... 2 weeks later still waiting for my money to be told the sent me a check for 3000 so I am losing 500.00 and the fee for them to take 500 of a credit card and still waiting on my money

My girlfriend bought me a used car from them on my Birthday in May. The sales rep Brandon, told us that it includes a warranty. When we were in the finance office at Brandon Hyundai signing the paperwork and paying them for the car, we paid cash and did not finance the car, after the paperwork was signed and they had our money, the gentleman in the finance department informed us that there was no warranty because the car just turned 100k miles but we got 2 free oil changes. So, 4 months later, the car will not start and had it towed to a repair facility to get looked at. The engine has no compression. Brandon Hyundai will not do anything about it, they lied to us about a warranty until they got our money. $14,000 to be exact. Not a good way to do business with. The car is a 2017 Chevy Cruze with 106k miles. Just reaching the first oil change since we purchased the car but the car is dead. If you plan on purchasing a used car from them, DONT! Or take it to another shop and have them go over it top to bottom. It's pretty sad that you have to since they are a dealership and repair facility themselves. We obviously will not be doing business with them EVER again and will let anyone we know to avoid them.
