Tom is very good at what he does!!! he is very knowledgeable about how to properly shape straw hats!! Definitely needs to start a TikTok channel shaping hats for bootbarn!!

This boot barn is one me and my friends frequent quite often. Last few times we came the hat reshaper/steamer was broken, but the staff were super helpful giving tips what to do at home till it was fixed, and then cleaned up my hat for me, they also gave ne pointers on some boots I got a long time ago from there. Today I went and Tom helped us out, he shaped my hat (that got crushed on a mudding trip) and made it look absolutely perfect, even improved the fit some how (dudes a legend) and then helped me on a return. I love the staff here, will come to this location everytime.
The other boot barn location is..not so great, but this one is an easy 10/10

Dropped my old hat off to have it stretched and cleaned up. Lisa and her crew did a amazing job! 2 days later my 20 year old hat looks like it should again! Lisa, can't thank you and your people enough! More than 5 stars, will forever return for all my needs!

All the employees are extremely helpful. They know their products. Their prices are fair and they sell good quality merchandise.Today I just picked up my second pair of Ariat boots. They fit like a dream and I am so happy with my new footage. Thank you Boot Barn for being there.

Just about the most perfect customer service I've ever been fortunate to receive. Nicole is amazing - genuine, informed, gracious, engaged. Made our already pleasant visit just... perfect. Thank you.Company seems invested in creating a calm, enjoyable shopping experience. Plenty of space. Music level spot on. Interesting merchandising, with inspiration vignettes that are real-world applicable (and inspired another purchase). Tidy and well-recovered. Did I say plenty of space?Adequately staffed. (a huge plus)Pricing inline with our expectations - some nice sales.Haven't had cause to work with returns but would expect a customer - centric response. Haven't tried other locations, as this one is convenient for us . Will return.
