I had an issue with an online order due to a technical on the Bonobos website. Due to the issue my order was canceled. Unprompted, Lina reached out to me to make it right and offered to set up a personalized appointment at the Hyde park location. I am beyond impressed by the product quality and the customer service.

5 star plus experience. I needed a full wardrobe of well fitting formal, business casual, golf and day to day clothes due to some changes in my weight. Brooks Brothers was no longer a good fit. Matt and team were outstanding in exceeding my needs and expectations. They now have a loyal bonobos customer.
