I love love love this place, the selection is so great, there are always deals going on, and the staff helped me plan multiple outfits and were truly honest on what looked good and not good. I love this shop

I don't understand the negative reviews about poor customer service. Do people really need their hand held that much when going to a thrift/consignment store? Sale signs are clearly displayed behind the register and throughout the store. You're greeted as soon as you come in if someone isn't helping a customer. If you're a repeat customer they learn your name and suggest things you'll like which I appreciate. The owner is so friendly and helpful she even recommended a bag repair business to refinish my Louis Vuitton that I had purchased somewhere else! They also offer a more generous commission than Labelswap. I always find something here and no one can ever tell that the purses I've gotten are second hand. They really only take high quality items.

Consignment shopping at it's best. Great selection of clothes, found several pieces on the 50% off rack. Ladies were friendly and willing to assist. Will make this shop my go to once a month or so.

Horrible customer service. The owner was condescending and uppity. Definitely won't be back.

Love this place, even with the new location. Just HATE that every time I come in here the same two girls that work here are always talking about all of the drama that's going on in the store...owner drama, who they do and don't like, etc. Oh, and they never say hello, welcome, how can I help you? Gesh, we didn't even get details on the sales for today! Just terrible customer service! I miss the old team, so helpful! I hope things get better here soon! I usually leave with bags of items, today...I walked out with nothing!

I love this store! The management and staff are awesome...always super friendly, personable and helpful! I always get fair pricing on the clothes I choose to consign and I absolutely love the unique pieces that I purchase from there on a regular basis. I literally try to go 1-2 times per month because I always find great deals and everything I buy is in like new condition. I could hardly believe the other bad review when I read it because Triage has serviced the Tampa community for a very long time and everyone I know loves it!

Honestly, I'd avoid this place. Had I known that consignment, not buy sell trade, but consignment itself was so sketchy at least in the Tampa Bay area, I probably wouldn't have even tried. I didn't even consign with them, let alone make it to the store. When I was new to the area I decided there were a few things I didn't actually need in my closet. So I googled consignment, they were one of the plethora of options, and towards the top of the list. Like in other areas I lived, I call first, find out their process at the store, and see if this is a place I'd like to deal with. Let's just say in multiple phone calls, because I thought maybe I just spoke with a new person who didn't want to feel stupid by asking questions, but after multiple phone calls, I still had no idea if I needed an appointment. I asked point blank if I needed an appointment, and the answers I would get were more along the lines of "like omg, let me tell you how this works, like we sell used things that are you know consigned, yah, people bring them here" and other responses I received weren't much better. I gave up trying to find out, but I would never even go near this store on account of the fact I couldn't even get basic questions answered, I don't know, maybe I'm too blunt and those on the other end of the phone just couldn't figure out how to respond, but either way, I went from being a potential consignor/customer, to someone who will not go anywhere near the store, because you know like seriously, yah, it's a shop, and yah, people go there, and uh huh, what was the question?
