I called and told him I was in town to help with the hurricane clean up, but had a flat tire that needed fixed. He laughed at me and said he can't help me. Totally unnecessarily rude. Wouldn't go here, even if I had no other choice.

The service Manager that was on shift 24-Nov-2023 needs additional training. I purchases 4 tires and wanted them installed on 4 separate rims and then swapped out with the steelies in my car . Simple Request. Manager refused to do it stating that the rims were different diameter. Fact #1: I have Subaru stock 16x6.5 Steel wheels 5x100 bolt pattern, mounted on them are worn P205/R16/55.Fact #2: Rims I wanted the new tire to go on are Subaru 16x6.5 Alloy Rims 5x100 bolt patternFact #3: Tires we purchased were P205/R16/55.Fact #4: One of the main reasons we wanted the swap was to have the ability to use one on the Steel wheels as a full size spare, we have 2 vehicles this would have benefited. since Surbaru only recommends in an emergency for Full size tires to be mounted on the front and not the spare that they come with standard.Fact # 5: Now did we not get good service but also it will cost us additional monies because of incompetency. Not Happy - Will never buy tires from there again nor will I recommend any one.

Can I just say, if the teammates at this BJ's get any nicer I am moving in just so I can interact with them every day. I asked the young lady b hind the deli counter about sliced roast beef, not only did she slice the roast beef but she pointed out there was a coupon for it then she went and got scissors to cut the coupon out for me. Then I go up to check out I had bought a few things I also had picked up the coupon book, saved about $15. But picked up the wrong olive oil. The young man at the check out quickly sprinted to the end cap grabbed the correct on and did so without skipping a beat and had me on my way. I love this store.

On September 25th I ordered a television set from BJs that was supposed to be delivered by the end of September. When early in October it had not arrived I initiated a number of inquiries with BJs to get an in transit alert status and promise delivery date. Although I was promised updates several times I never received any, and finally on October 25th I cancelled the order and was told that the cancellation was confirmed and my account would be credited within three to five days. It wasn't. When I hadn't received a credit on October 30th I called and this time I was given a cancellation number and told that the cancellation would be credited to my account in three days. It wasn't. On November 4th I called again and none of what I had been told was apparently updated in their system, and this time I was told that an "internal ticket number" for investigation was generated and I would be given an update on November 7th. It seems that BJs wants the carrier to pay for the lost TV before they give their customer a refund on the charge! Since I ordered the TV on 25 September and it was never delivered since then in spite of my inquiries and follow ups, I made it clear I wanted a refund as I finally purchased a TV from another source. I'll be following up with my credit card company to contest the charge.

Self checkout attendant, Jeimy displayed disgust and poor attitude in assisting customers. She left the self-checkout lines unattended numerous times to visit the customer service area to flirt with the male associate in that department. She was flagged several times by myself and other customers needing assistance. Front door associate, Tamica had such a positive attitude and stellar dance moves that that this review was saved from being a one star. Tamica, if you see this, your positive energy was contagious; you are awesome!

Ordered tires online and booked appointment for Wednesday at 3:30. Arrived around 3:25. No one at counter. Waited several minutes before guy waived a "one minute" sign to me from inside the garage. Filled out paperwork, and he apologized it might be "20 minutes or it might be 45 minutes" because he was short-staffed. I told him I'd wander around the warehouse and to please call me when ready. He said he would.I wandered around the warehouse from 3:45pm until almost 5pm. I hadn't heard back so I walked back over. My car was in the bay with the old tires off. I didn't see the original guy, but a younger guy was there. He helped two other people (one with a quote/order and the other with filling propane) all the while no one was working on my car. I asked him how much longer and he said "give me about 20 minutes."I didn't get out of there until after 5:30pm. Two hours just to put four tires on the car. I had an appointment so it's not like I was a walk-in. Really long wait, very slow service. They obviously need more staff.

Poor, horrible customer service at the corporate level. It took 1 hour-3 calls before Anna gave me the information Lilian said she could not provide. I am canceling my membership after 14 years. I'm moving over to Costco. Lilian put me on hold until the BJs timed out the call and hung up.

1st time I ordered tires they canceled my order and didn't notify me. I learned of this because I called them to confirm my appointment. Long story short I was back and forth with customer service, they said they would call back and never did. When I called them I would ask, "is it you I need to speak with or tires?" 10 minutes later of saying the same thing for the 100th time they need to transfer me. 2nd go around and I'm here at west waters waiting. I get here 10 minutes early and the guy is already snippy. Doesn't know how to get the miles off the odometer so I have to go to the back and walk over equipment to get the mileage for him. An hour and a half later, I ask him how much longer and he says 20 minutes "or so". He wraps up with other customers and comes to me and starts yelling at me that it can take up to 2 hours and it's only one person here. I tried to let him know I was told differently when I was called to change my appointment. He keeps yelling over me and tells me I can put in a complaint if I want "and go". Sir you have my car, I can't go. I just stopped talking he kept on. I asked him to finish up instead of yelling at me. I suggest paying the extra else where. I will not renew with BJs nor will I ever use this service. I don't know this guy's name, but it doesn't matter. Terrible service. Formal complaint will be put in. I don't need to be yelled at by some guy who doesn't know me.

Not impressed. Joined BJ's over Christmas because they had 2 toys I was looking for as gifts and these were the most reasonable price. But being a shopper at Costco for many years. It's hard to shop at other large whole sale clubs because Costco has such a high standard. This club was smaller, didn't have allot of organic options and not enough options. The wholesaler also has a weird return policy during COVID. They aren't accepting any so don't try anything new and only buy what you really love. I accidentally picked up some organic chicken bone broth I thought was a good value. But it was simply broth without all the proteins you'd get from a bone broth. I tried returning it and was unable to do so. Not the end of the world but a inconvenience. Decided to cancel my member ship and stick with Costco.

We needed replacement tires for one of our cars and decided we would try BJ's Wholesale Club's tire service center on Waters Avenue in Tampa. It was a Saturday so we assumed they would be booked up or we would have to wait for hours to get in, but when we called the store they were able to get us in a few hours later. When we arrived they were able to take care of us right away and gave us an estimated time of when the car would be ready (about one hour), so we had time to walk around the store while we waited. The staff members were very friendly and were happy to answer all the questions we had. Since this visit was during the pandemic, I was interested in seeing how they would handle the safety measures. There were plexiglass sheets installed between staff members and customers by the counter, and interaction between staff and customers was limited. Seats in the waiting area were separated to encourage social distancing, and masks were required of guests (and worn by staff members). The only thing that might have been nice (but I didn't think of until we left) would be if they sprayed the guests' car keys and parts of the car they touched (door handles, steering wheel, etc.) with Lysol as an extra safety measure - but I am not sure if any tire shops take that step. You cannot get to the tire center from inside the store, and the entrance is around the side of the building. If you go shopping while waiting (like we did) you will either have to take your cart all the way around the building to the tire center or have someone you are with drive the car over to the store entrance to meet you. Since it was pouring rain when we were leaving my husband drove the car over - but if you are there alone you may want to keep this in mind (especially in the summer when it rains daily).

The employees are always the most helpful and polite! They go above and beyond to make you happy! Thank you BJ’S!
