This was fist time to BJ's tire center. I went for flat tire on Tuesday to check for availability and next available appointment i was told is Friday. What kind of tire center is this with flat tire appointment wait is 4 days. I was thinking of replacing tire here but now i am not planning to buy my next tire here. For any reason that way too long wait. I would not recommend BJ for any tire work.

Rude staff. Refused to fill propane tank because it was “overcast” and told me to come back later. 5 mins later another customer got their tank filled

I’ve been coming here regularly for my tire issues and I’ve gotta say every time I come in here and the guy named West is the man helping me it’s always a hassle and there is always some kind of issue. He has no customer service, has a reason why he can’t do every job possible or is too busy, and when he finally can “help” you he is extraordinary slow and can barely even figure out the computer system. Someone do us all a favor and make this man a Greeter instead.

Many times, we write bad reviews when things, dont go the way we want them. I have been shopping for tires for year (6 years now) and yes there were "hicups", but the service was ALWAYS there. I could not get a next day appointment, because guess what, there are many people infront of me, to get services. I have nothing to say but excellent reviews about this place.

Maybe it’s because I’m a woman, but… I called and they told me they would price match & get me to where I wanted to be so I went in the following weekend and the manager made faces like I was crazy when I asked about the price matching while I was mid sentence. Really rude and I honestly don’t understand the need to be so unkind to me. He was even so kind to mention they don’t have any tires close to the price I wanted - I went to FIRESTONE & they got me out the door cheaper than I even wanted to be at for $89 per tire for my Mercedes!! Take your business else where, or somewhere where the manager can control their facial expressions when people are just asking questions. We all have bad days, but your bad day shouldn’t run off onto your customers. Stay blessed, sir.

Horrible experience. Manager was making rude facial expressions at me while I was just simply asking a question. I'm almost positive its because I'm a woman. Made me uncomfortable by even being in this store. No matter how silly the question (I was about pricing and price matching) you should be able to control your facial expressions as manager. On this note - I went to firestone and they beat the price I wanted minus the facial expressions and rude faces. Please take your business else where; even when I showed the price I wanted (at firestone) he rudely let me know they have nothing for that price there. I only came here because the man on the phone was SO kind! I must have called the wrong store - however you can be polite even if you don't price match or cant and do what I need. I will NEVER be back! :)

The manager at the tire shop is unprofessional and SEXIST it seems, here's my Horrible experience. I arrived to the shop and helped an old man into the store (and out because he didn't see the no propane tanks in store) I walked in and mentioned I had spoke to someone on the phone earlier in the week about tires for my car. The manager was making rude facial expressions at me while I was just simply stating that fact.. before he even LOOKED OR ASKED the tire I needed. There was another man in the store who i let go ahead of me because i could tell this might take a minute. He handled the customer and I repeated my question and he STILL made rude facial expressions... I'm almost positive its because I'm a woman. The MANAGER made me uncomfortable by by the way he was speaking and looking at me. No matter how silly the question (I was about pricing and price matching) you should be able to control your facial expressions as manager. On this note - I went to firestone and they beat the price I wanted minus the facial expressions and rude tones. Please take your business else where; even when I showed the price I wanted (at firestone) he rudely let me know they have nothing for that price there. I only came here because the man on the phone was SO kind! I must have called the wrong store - however you can be polite even if you don't offer price matching or cant and do what I wanted as a customer. I will & did take my business else where; where I'm not being spoken down to and literally looked down at. I hope this man gets the help he needs to have a better day. We all have bad days but it should NOT rub off onto your customers who are asking questions. The only other explanation is this man was sexist and was making these facial expressions and being so short because he thought I was incompetent. This being said DO BETTER WITH WHO YOU HIRE BJ's. I have been a member for 3 years and this is 100% not acceptable and I will be canceling my membership.

Purchased 4 tires here, over 1000 dollars, which were to come with lifetime balancing and rotation. However they always have excuses why they can't do the rotation and balance. I have stopped by numerous times, even when bays where empty to be told can't do it. Headed to dealer to get it done. They lost my membership over this.

Good deals! You can save a lot - esp with their fliers. Wish it was closer and easier to get in/out of, though.

Absolutely finished with BJ's Wholesale Club over terrible customer service. I purchased cafe lights from them online because the local store was out of stock. Needed to return to return excess (three boxes out of eight); was told by store employees the best way to return an online-purchased item was through the store because the refund was quicker. But when I did that, the store refused to refund the entire purchase price. I paid $135 and change; they refunded $128.37. The supervisor on duty told me that my shipping costs were not refundable per company policy. When I went home and looked, the policy I found said they would not pay RETURN shipping. Just disgusting, beating me out of $7 over shipping which I paid because the store was out of stock. See ya later, like never, BJ's...

Otto (Simpsons): Looks at title. False Advertising man.. Anyhoo, BJ Wholesale's is a warehouse/bulk grocery store that requires an annual membership to patronize. they specialize in multipacks of many items. They have a separate Liquor store right next door for your party needs. I dont really need their services much, but I buy meat in bulk here since it can add up quite fast at other places. I like their selection of cakes more than Publix. They have mousse cakes for around $12-13 that are pretty tasty, along with some of those cheesecake samplers and some sheet cakes. They also have a gas station that is on average 30 cents less than the basic unleaded price at nearby competing gas stations. With recent world events, I've started filling up here- I save $4-5 bucks since my capacity is only 12 gallons. If you have a SUV or big truck, it would be wise to fill gas here. The employees are nice here. I've returned stuff effortlessly and never had any incident. Cons. They used to have Nancy's spirals in the appetizer section, but they stopped carrying it in recent years. Bummer! One inherent problem with warehouse type places is that the amount of variety is less compared to WM/Target/Publix. They may have only regular flavors of certain items, but not the flavor you like. Also, they need better ready made "Grab and go" meals. They have basically some rotisserie chickens and thats it. This plaza doesn't really have any dedicated restaurants so it would be nice if BJ could step up. (There is an Indian grocery in the same plaza but thats a bit expensive plus some folks may not like that type of food.)

Bought tires here in Dec 2018. Tires became totally bald and worn after 30,000 miles and they said too bad, there’s no warranty (tires had 80,000 mile warranty). Had one rotation done at 15,000 interval (supposedly) and drive pretty normally. I left completely aggravated and got tires elsewhere. Their indifference and apathy was so bad I decided spending $650 on tires elsewhere was less of a hassle than dealing with a warranty claim they were disputing. I spend a fortune at BJs every year so this was disappointing.

I have been a customer of BJ’s for 15 years and never had a bad experience until now. I had a screw in my tire which needed to be removed and plugged. I was told that they couldn’t fit me in because they were so busy(needless to say there were no cars in the garage at the time) and that the next available appointment wouldn’t be until next Tuesday. I found it to be a little ridiculous, that I would have to wait 6 days for someone to patch a tire. The guy was very apologetic and recommended Mavis which I was very thankful for.
