The lady attended me did the worst work I've ever received. She was so inexperienced and it caused two bruises on two different parts of my arm.

Update:9/12/22 I eventually went online and booked my appt. Went in and it was fast. I want to give a shoutout to Christina. She was so nice and she was alone working front office and then drawing blood. I can't imagine the stress but she was so nice and warm. Thanks Christina ? ?I have been calling for weeks to get an appointment for blood work and no one picks up. Is this number on your profile any good?

Called and asked if I could come in and they said yes before 4pm, I show up before 12 and the girl says their closed for lunch until 2pm!This should be mentioned to patients or posted somewhere.Now my toddler is crying because she knows what’s about to happen and I’m having to drive around to find a place.

Labs have taken more than a month now. These are serious values that labcorp could have turned around in less than a week. I wish you would update your portal with values as soon as they come in. Instead of lump sum when finished. People count on you. Disappointing- and historically true, not just this time.

Giving a 1 star for their incredibly complicated payment system. Having to create an account and confirm too many details just to help my mother pay her bill. Do you honestly think some stranger is going to hack into someones account and pay their bills for them? That's a blessing in my eyes

Angel baby you are the best. I am frustrated with management because they left Angel all by herself today 6/3/21. She handled it like a boss. You need to give her a raise and a full time position. It's a five for Angel but a 0 for management. I arrived at 8:30am and didn't leave until 10:25. That's how busy this young lady was and when I left she had 3 in the waiting room, one in the back, and 4 in the hall waiting to be seen. Angel you rocked that sh.. today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never again...especially during pandemic. Dirty, old, outdated building and office. Small waiting area and no space to distance. No temperature checks or hand sanitizer. I arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment and seen 30 minutes later than my actual appointment. If I could rate lower I would.

Terribly inefficient. One lady works here, so nothing against her because she seems to be swamped. But they see one patient about every 15-20 minutes. Ridiculous. Expect to wait, even if you're the only one there.
