We drove an hour to Bill Currie in hopes of seeing a specific truck. After a very quick and efficient process, we left with the truck we wanted. Our salesman, Mario, was amazing. Super transparent, very communicative. And, our finance contact, Damian, made usually the worst part - amazing. Will definitely be back in the future!

Bought a car here. Buying experience was great. But service department is truly awful. Left my car for a malfunctioning window that was under warranty, service department had no loaner car, no ETA on when service might be completed. Paid for my own rental car instead. Never heard from the service department on an ETA, or an update of any kind. Called multiple times for updates, was either told “your service advisor is checking now” or “sorry everyone left for the day we’re closed until Monday”. Long story short, found out my car had been ready within a day and a half of drop off but no one in the service department knew that so when I would call to check on the status I couldn’t get an answer. Paid for 2.5 extra days of a rental car I didn’t need. 0/10.

Well, this is the third review that I have made because I had taken down 2 terrible reviews for absolute ridiculous bad customer service by PJ and Jason. So, David calls me and tells me to take down the bad review and he will make things right. We'll, that was Weeks ago, and still absolutely no call from Jason the service main manager and he is also the one who said he really don't need my business after charging me over $500 of additional fees and my begging for hours to get it reversed. They over charged by 3 times the amount for my car than what I was previously quoted for 2 services and labor. My car is still not fixed, the engine light is still on and I'm out $1600. I really hate to be treated like this only to be lied to right to my face to take down the review and we will fix it. Still not fixed. Wanted to push off the repairs to another shop that was not even involved. They are the absolute worst in customer service. They backed into my car and dented the back end and now my hatch don't open. It's just crazy that they went out of their way to get a good review and then still did not fix the problem!!!! Most awful, please do not take your vehicle here. I know I will never come back, I will go to a completely different Ford dealer and let them know why I drive so far every time because Bill Currie Ford is unfair and way overpriced for the crappy service that people receive. 0 stars.

Bought a 2023 Ford Escape at Bill Currie. From the time I arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful. Daniel did a good job throughout the process. This is also my 3rd car I have purchased here.I would recommend them if you are in the market for a new car.
I also just had my Focus in for a sunroof repair. Seth provided info on what was going to be done and expected completion date. Everyone was very friendly.

I have a 2023 SD under warranty today at 5:30 pm I arrived at the service center because my moonroof is leaking so my vehicle will have to stay at the dealership for a few days.
1. All their advisors were seating at their desks without customers and none wanted to come out and meet me, they didn't care how many times they were call out they played themselves busy.
2. When I walked inside 2 of their really youngs advisors barely talked to me showing 0 will to give me some customer service and do their job. He said we don't have any loaner to provide you with so if you want you can leave the truck and walk home and the tec will check it out in a couple of days.
I got the feeling they are doing me a favor and they just wanted to finish their day and go home and didn't care about anything else. So I drove home and now I'll find another dealership to do business with.

Yo-Yo Financing! They will let you leave with the car and make a poor excuse after 2 weeks of having the car and want you to change terms. We agreed to a price but they want to change the APR, Price of the vehicle, and the interest rate. I AM NEVER BUYING A CAR FROM BILL CURRIE AGAIN!! Go somewhere else where you won’t get scammed!
