I was in your South Lakeland restaurant on Tuesday night with my family, we frequently dine in, as the food and service is always great. However, I was appalled at the way the manager was speaking to the staff. He belittled the staff an I feel it was very unprofessional of a manager to do so.

This is the Corporate Office and not the restaurant. Many people come here expecting a restaurant. Hopefully you'll see this review before driving over.
