I was a little confused and thought I was lost at first because it’s in the apartment complex but I’m so glad I stopped in. The portions are HUGE. The lady that was working was very friendly. I got the rice and beans with chicken that was perfectly seasoned and it comes with a salad on the side. I also got a gyro salad that was delicious as well. I work in the area sometimes and we’ll definitely have to make this a go to spot each time.

The family that runs this business are the kindest people I've ever met.I came daily for the Shawarma plate and buffalo chicken quesadilla and I cannot recommend enough!Thank you for being so kind to me and always having everything the residents needed on hand. Can't wait to come back

Great little place..a little hard to find if you don't live in the complex but be patient because it's worth it!.. the owner Adelle (?spelling) was awesome!.. we came in tired and hungry just before he was closing and he still took the time to make us an excellent Greek salad and gyros pita!!.. really reasonable prices also!!. We will be back next time we are in town!!

This is the coolest cafe ever. It's the same two people that are there and they are super sanitary and clean. They have FIRE burritos and stuff until late for the low !!

They will charge you for everything they can. There is little to no communication between leasing staff and maintenance. You have to nag and nag to get anything done and even then its borderline halfass. Light bulbs go out daily, deck walkways have nails sticking up, BBQs are rusting out, $25.00 pet rent monthly and they don't even take care of the dog park. Hidden fees such as the "Rent Payment Service Fee" essentially you have to pay $40.00 every month just to pay them rent, and no they wont take a check it has to be online. Fake smiles and shoddy work. I want to live somewhere relaxing not somewhere anytime I have to deal with management I get a headache. Perk though, all the neighbors are nice I've met are nice. Don't bother replying, the second I get orders we can go our separate ways.

Been dealing with mold since we transferred to another complex and kept saying we were good then it came back again . I have no trust for them especially since I’m currently pregnant and already am in high risk.

If you value a solid nights rest and expect to not be woken up by unruly tenants after midnight, this is NOT THE PLACE you want to rent from. The staff take no serious action against unruly tenants, no serious consequences or evictions even after several several noise complaints, so tenants continue bad behavior without regard to other tenants around them.

We are new residents to Bowery in July, and we have had nothing but perfect accommodation and welcome from everyone. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO MARISSA in leasing who has been such a blessing to us. She assisted us on three separate occasions to make sure we got the unit that worked best for us, never complaining once. Bowery genuinely puts their residents' interests first and go out of their way to provide the best service. Go with Bowery!
