The office staff was brusque and let several walk-ins go ahead of me, despite me being the only one there when I arrived. The phlebotomist gave me a bruise so severe that it’s still visible nearly two full weeks after my visit. I am surprised, because I’m used to really great care at this location.

I made an appointment, which I would suggest. The check in process was via iPad and two simple clicks. The front desk staff were friendly. Minimal wait. The person taking blood was friendly and competent with a little poke and done within a couple minutes.

I have my yearly labs here. Easy to schedule online. Brenda at the front desk and Rosi, the phlebotomist, were both outstanding. It was the perfect encore to my great yearly experience getting my mammogram across the hall!

A busy lab, but the only lab I go to because the staff is 5 STAR. The staff is efficient, patient and attentive.
