I was a walk-in patient. Was seen promptly by the front desk, then waited 5-6 minutes to go to back. The lady who drew my blood was excellent, personable. I was in and out within 20 mins. Got the results by the end of day. Way to Go, Baycare

I was to get blood work done at my doctors office but they had problems with the Internet and cancelled l the appointment. I walked over to Saint Joseph’s and they told me since I was a walk in,it might be half an hour /45 minutes however, I was called up and taken back in about 20 minutes. I did not catch the name of
the phlebotomist but she was an expert at her job. She got blood the very first time with no pain whatsoever. Usually I am told I have tiny vessels so, difficult to get blood from. It was a very good experience

Kelly, the tech who did my dopler ultrasound was so pleasant, efficient, professional.. Excellent! Everyone else I encounter was great.

St Joseph's BayCare labs presents with such a fabulous design of making an appointment on line, valeting the car, then having very friendly desk staff and phlebotomists draw the blood. Scheduling on line was easy. We were in and out of the lab area in less than an hour. Staff made us feel comfortable and we were laughing so the blood draw was one stick and "fun". Good job and thank you !

I’m ashamed that I didn’t get the lab techs name who drew my blood. She was incredible. I hate needles and I always feel the stick. She was so good that I didn’t feel the stick and she was done before I knew the needle had been removed. I don’t even have a bruise, and I always bruise. Thank you
