Bay Brothers is top notch! In all my years living in Tampa I’ve finally hit the jackpot for my automotive needs. From my initial call all of the way through my first service (which was exceptional) I felt heard and was treated with honesty and respect. They took me through the process step by step with transparency and integrity. Thanks to the entire team (especially Demetrius)!!

Honestly can’t say enough good things here. Got a flat on a Sunday, went to Tire rack and ordered replacements, it had them as a local shop I can ship too. I got the car towed and they replaced the tires the day they came in. Very tech forward company so you can communicate various ways and the have a drop box that you can also pick up after hours too. Polite staff and I will be back to have more work done. Super satisfied.

When you trust your mechanic you know you found the right place for your repairs. We rest easy buying used Fords because we know if there is a problem, this team will figure it out, lol!

Genuine guys who don’t try to rip you off, they mostly test things for free and don’t tell you there’s things to fix that don’t need it. Extremely reasonable prices, no super long unexpected waits.

Bay Brothers Automotive never disappoint me. I went to have my car check to make sure everything was good. I'd rather be safe than sorry. They are honest, trustworthy, A friendly staff with excellent customer service and they have the best mechanics that know what they are doing. Reasonable prices without the price gouching. They get you in and out. Give them a call you'll be glad you did. Their service is definitely is 5 plus

The Staff is awesome. I really enjoyed going to Bay Brothers because they handle me and my vehicles with cars. They explained everything l need to know about my cars and make sure l understand. I like them and that's why l keep going back. If you want good car service go to Bay Brothers on Nebraska Ave. They will definitely take care of you.

Bay Brothers is top-tier when it comes to automotive repairs ! I recently had an opportunity to work with them and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service as well as the fast and efficient work that was done to my Cadillac Escalade ESV Luxury. The issue was my starter, so I allowed them to replace the old one with a new one and I also had my battery replaced. Shout out to Henry, Juan and Demetrius for making it all happen. I'd give 10 ? if I could ??

Their team is cordial knowledgeable and professional.
They will tell you what they can and can't do, also what needs to be addressed immediately and what can be delayed for a few months.
If you're not going here, I don't want to ride in your car.
