We rented from Bay Area for the last 7 years and never had any major issues. Emails were answered promptly, repairs were done in a timely fashion, and we got our deposit back when we finally moved out. Would highly recommend for a new family moving to Tampa.

I called today to ask about a house that I seen their sign in front of. The lady that answered the phone was really nice but she referred me to the showing person who is Lori. As soon as this lady answered the phone and she hurt my voice I felt like she did not want to rent to my fiancé and I. She did not have any of our information but when we were discussing the rental qualifications She told me if my credit score wasn’t a certain number to don’t even waste my time applying even though The place that we live now, we’ve been therefor three years with no late payments, I’ll combine income is 10 times the monthly rent and their site states that if your credit score is lower than what they want you may have to just pay a bigger deposit which we were willing to do. She never even suggested that we can still see the property she told me to not waste my time applying if my credit wasn’t exactly 650 or better. I really feel like I was discriminated against because of my race. When I pulled up the google reviews I noticed that most of the negative experiences are from minorities. I would not recommend going to this place especially if you have to deal with Lori.

Becky Simone was just simply outstanding to work with. She helped me sell my home in 2021 and was on top of every detail. Most importantly, she was always quick to communicate and answer questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and a skilled negotiator. Her Husband John managed my property as a rental for years and the whole team was simply excellent. While some companies in the rental business can be sketchy, John was always 100 percent trustworthy and always looked out for my best interests. Bay Area will always be my number one pick.

I currently had the pleasure of having Becky Simone as my realtor for a property I was selling and if I could leave 10 stars... I would have. First and foremost, she is very professional and is a woman of her word. Integrity is an attribute, sadly lacking in many professions these days; however, Becky only moved forward with the utmost honor in the field of real estate. She was timely and had good repor with her fellow peers in the field. I never had to reach out to her because she always kept me in the loop... Selling, in the traditional sense, was not the nightmare it could have been. I highly recommend her and will recommend her to anyone ever needing a stellar Real Estate Agent. Truly a great person through and through.

0 stars if possible these people do not care about you or your children. If your AC goes out that is not an emergency to them and also their communication is piss poor - had an ac guy come out and then sent him home due to not wanting to pay for repair and having questions - while I understand this is owner responsibility- the company that is the middle man after many calls and an hysterical voicemail ( because I assumed it was suppose to be fixed and no was being made communication) they then sent a TEXT an hour later that the owner didn't want to pay and had questions, he did the same thing with the water heater that went out on us as well cold water for 5 days, these people do not care !
