I was looking for a par. I couldn’t get anywhere only online I was able to get it through them they ordered for me. I got the part the next date I have no problems and the part that I was looking for was cheaper than getting the part at the actual dealer an it was the original part.

Poor customer service skill, these people are rude and not helpful at all. I purchased an alternator some months ago it has a defect, mechanic told me to exchange alternator at the place of purchase, I took the alternator to Bay Area imports he turned me down stating he wants to check it, I told him it was checked he then proceeds to tell me I have oil leak ( my car does not have leak) and he has not seen my car, he accused my fiancé of the problem (my finance is not a mechanic and has never touched the car), he then tell me it’s a piece on the alternator that was not put on correctly.. honestly giving multiple excuses on why he can’t exchange it even though it’s covered.. and this was all before putting in claim or actually having it looked at. The time I spent going back and forth instead of getting to a solution was ridiculous! I was spoken to like a child it was a horrible experience all for an exchange. I never dealt with this from any part company im disgusted. In customer service when someone has spent money with you shouldn’t be combative for no reason at all telling me what you can’t do, you should always tell me what you can do even if it’s a small fee I would’ve accepted. That will be the last dollar they ever get from me.

I got a part for my car and didn’t need it so I could only get 50% of my money back. I basically wasted my money. Spoke to Kenny . Don’t go to this shop.
