“I went in with an appointment to get my phone screen repaired plus another phone that was in desperate need of a new screen. Tracy checked me in, went over everything and told me to come back in 2hrs. Both phones were completed and waiting for me when I arrived. Hector did a great job; the phones look like new! I will be back with some wrist-watches that need some attention & battery replacements.”

“I don’t know why this place is rated so low. I had entered the store, and was very quickly greeted. I was asked if there was anything I needed assistance with. I advised them I was looking for an exhaust hose. They didn’t have it, looked it up and saw it was in their warehouse. They ordered it, was in by 2pm the same day. The shelves were fully stocked and the employees were all very professional, cordial and polite. The store itself was very clean and inviting. There was no line when entering at 9am but a short line when I came back shortly after 2pm. Service was exactly what I would expect. I’d happily return in the future.”
