I went in with an appointment to get my phone screen repaired plus another phone that was in desperate need of a new screen. Tracy checked me in, went over everything and told me to come back in 2hrs. Both phones were completed and waiting for me when I arrived. Hector did a great job; the phones look like new! I will be back with some wrist-watches that need some attention & battery replacements.

Went to this location asked for help testing my battery Tracy came out and checked everything on my vehicle saw cable was loose checked my alternator and gave me peace offered to tip he refused thankful for people doing there job to the fullest that's great customer service Thank you Tracy May God continue to bless you and your family.

I brought my car in with a battery that was leaking, causing corrosion of the terminals. Hector spent an hour working diligently to ensure that we found the right battery, the right adaptor, and that the challenging installation was successful before moving on to the next customer. Hector provided top tier service on a very difficult case. I will be HIGHLY recommending this location to others in need of a car battery!

If you step onto this store make sure you ask for Hector. The guy is knowledgeable and works super quick. Came in with a busted screen (S23 ultra) had me out in less than 40 min.

I really appreciate our local BatteriesPlus store. I bought a car battery there in 2022 with a five year warranty. My car was behaving sluggishly so I stopped in at the store and Tracy tested and replaced my battery with exactly Zero hassle. I was also able to replace my back windshield wiper while I was there, Tracy also took care of that for me. Thanks to BatteriesPlus and Tracy for the great service and value. You are an asset to our neighborhood.

Brought my Samsung S23 Ultra in for a cracked screen under T-mobile insurance claim. My appt for repair was scheduled for 2pm, I called and asked if I could come earlier,They said yes. I showed up around 1pm, was greeted and attended by HECTOR. Hector was ver knowledgeable and Informative about the process and the quality of repair. What's amazing going to Batteries plus, they use Authentic Samsung replacement parts, not 3rd part garbage. That's a plus. Anyway, I dropped my phone off and was alerted my phone was ready, via my watch ?. Picked up my phone and the work Hector performed was flawless. 5 stars ✨, definitely me place to go to for Any phone repairs. FYI, they do more than just screens, phone battery replacement, camera eye replacement and more. I was definitely impressed! Thanks again Hector!

Everyone in the store was really friendly and helped me out with my wiper blades ands key fob. Bruce fixed my key fob and replaced the battery at a great price. Thanks everyone at Batteries Plus!
