Took my iPhone 13 Pro Max for a battery change, & left with a completely different screen then my original. Noticed my screen (after getting the battery replaced) was very glitchy and faulty. Also, my original screen had a screen protector on it. Upon further inspection when leaving the store I no longer had a screen protector. Of course they won’t acknowledge that someone purposely messed up. They needed original Apple equipment and swapped mine out for their cheap stuff. Highly do not recommend going here for anything phone related.

I did come in with a problem. I was unhappy to hear that I was sold the incorrect battery from the Brandon store. Unknowing to me as the customer. I wasn’t aware until attempting to make a return .at the back of the receipt says it has to be unused .Beth the store manager said it was my job as the consumer to examine the back of the receipt for the store policy.unhappy as the customer I was upset she did go the extra mile to refund me and I thank her for that.

The back screen of my iPhone cracked. Mary at Batteries plus quickly and efficiently fixed my phone…loved the friendly service. I always get all my batteries for my watches and key fobs from them..didn’t realized they fixed all phones too..
