My mother and father have been customers of this branch for quite a few years. They live about 15 minutes from the branch and you probably pass 4-5 banks on your way there. When my father passed away a little under 3 years ago, my mom, lost her husband and her best friend. She had her share of good days and bad days, but anytime my mom would go to the bank, she would always come back with the biggest smile on her face. She would rant and rave about Ariel and Bob any day she went to the branch. They wouldn't' treat my mom like a customer, they would treat her like family. No matter how busy they would be, they would always go out of their way to sit down and talk with my mom. Turning a bad day into a good day and a good day into a great day. I finally got the chance to meet Ariel a few weeks ago when I came in with my mom to help her with a few banking matters.. Everything my mom has said was spot on. Ariel was more than accommodating and made what I thought would be a difficult process, especially during the pandemic, as smooth as can be. Even though they were short staffed and moderately busy, Ariel took the time to talk to my mom and it was the highlight of my mom's day. While it would be much easier to bank with one of those 4-5 other banks my mom passes to drive to the Westshore location, convenience doesn't trump the way Ariel and the rest of the staff treat my mom like family.
