Nice to have a BOA that's open regular hours and staffed with competent personnel. The outside of this one is nasty however. I was there 3 days in a row and each time exactly the same garbage was strewn about all over by the ATM and main entrance. They need to invest in a cleanup or landscaping service. This will draw rats.

So maybe I should try another location, this BoA would not cash a $25 check drawn on them because it was from their own bill pay system.The last check from this bill pay account was returned NSF, so my bank charged me $10, sounds like a racket, you know the person who sent me the check was charged too

Super racist bank here. If your black or Latin American do not bank here. After having me wait here 10 min to cash a personal check that was written to me as a wedding gift. They didn’t want to cash it supposedly because signatures didn’t match . But my friend who gave me the check as a gift for my wedding always writes checks with them. After asking to talk to a manager and having me wait 20 min in the waiting room he comes out stated he can’t cash the check and can’t tell me why he can’t. Doesn’t say anything else and walks away. RACISM AT ITS FINEST. Several clients that were in the waiting room noticed how rude they were to me and my son. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM

Had a teller, in my personal opinion, be less than truthful with me at this location about the particular service I needed from Bank of America. I asked the teller if I could go to another location for the service and she said "If it's not working here, it's not working anywhere so don't bother." I wanted to see as something told me she was not being truthful. Sure enough, less than ten minutes later, at another location, no issues whatsoever and I was told there have been no problems with the service the entire day!This location on Gunn Highway should be shut down and this is not my first issue with this location, just the first one I am reviewing. Absolutely horrible customer service or lack thereof. Opening a Chase account is next on my list as if tellers anywhere are dishonest, not sure I want them handling my accounts.

All lady there very nice , but only Monica she so rule never help customer. I don’t know today is sadly day with her or she tired . She need relax enjoy her day at home more than work but uncomfortable for customers
