The personnel working at this branch (especially Aleena) are the ONLY reason I have chosen to continue banking with BOA. They are all exceptional people to work with.

One of the worst places I have experienced in regards to answering the phones.

I opened my checking account in the end of January and I had to wait 10 business days to get my debit card. However, they made a mistake and sent this to my foreign address which is way too far from U.S. What an absurd! I am the one who needs the card, not the people in my country. And now I called customer service and request a new card. Anyways, frankly, their customer support system is too low quality. The people are nice btw. There is no email address or no text message I can contact for support. Shame on you to have too little options for customer support. Anyhow, I have to wait another 4-6 business days to get my debit card. If I want to get sooner, they say I have to pay $50 for rush delivery. But I am totally done dealing with the Bank of America, why would I spend extra pennies on the unworthy stuff? I am already so upset and headache. So if I have to recommend, TD bank would be a better choice for you and they even have the inbox in the application where you can contact directly for support to the association (not the automated one like in Bank of America). In my opinion, Bank of America is not the best option for your financial situation. I am not really happy with my experience there.

My wife and I were in the USA for the first time, and we received the highest quality service at this bank. It is especially nice that the staff not only do their job well, but also approach each case with soul and zeal, even when you have a minimum of necessary documents. Our case was handled by Shinella, many thanks for her work and attitude towards clients.

In the morning, the bank opened with a substantial queue, one person at the window, and a malfunctioning printer, causing operational challenges. After approximately 15 minutes and apparent miscommunication among the bankers, they resolved the printer issue. Subsequently, when I presented euros for deposit, the employee, Alen (if I recall correctly), was unaware of the currency. He sought assistance after attempting to handle it independently.Despite the involvement of what appeared to be a manager, the issue persisted, leading to a call to another office. After 20 more minutes of back-and-forth, the manager left, and the employee at the window suggested I visit another Bank of America location as they couldn't resolve the matter. It's perplexing that a banker would struggle with such basic tasks and not recognize euros. This problem isn't unique to this particular branch; I've encountered similar issues at other Bank of America locations. Typically, after a prolonged wait, the staff manages to resolve the situation. However, consistent training would undoubtedly benefit them in handling such matters more efficiently. I am contemplating changing banks at this juncture.

Conveniently located, used to be one of my go-to banks, but things went down after COVID: No Saturday hours, open only from 10-4 M-F, on average one Teller each time I walk in.These are NOT criticisms, but observations. The staff is VERY nice and professional.

Decent branch and customer service l but can y'all fix the atm in the left drive through lane? The screen doesn't work properly and hasn't in months.

Everyone at this branch from the manager to the teller and the bankers are extremely friendly and helpful. I’m very satisfied with the service that I receive at this branch.

This review is for their in-office services during COVID. My husband had me deposit a check for his business at this branch. I arrived mid-morning, and there was one customer being helped ahead of me. The teller saw me and alerted another banker to come out and help me, and she brought me to her desk to help put through the deposit. The process itself took a few minutes. The check was crumpled, so her tablet wasn't picking it up, and she ended up having to get help. But she was very polite and friendly through it all. The branch itself has hand sanitizer pretty much everywhere you turn, and there are spots marked clearly on the ground for where to stand while you are waiting. All of the tellers are wearing masks, and there are shields put up everywhere possible to limit airborne transmission. I felt as safe as I have anywhere indoors during this pandemic inside this particular bank (come think of it, today was the first time I've stepped into a bank in over a year -- I pretty much try to handle everything at a drive thru ATM or through my banks' apps).

A little understaffed but what bank isn't nowadays? More tellers and bankers than I normally see in any bank though - Dealt with Oscar and Victoria, both professional and personable, I was dealt with promtly as well.

They certainly don't answer the phone. So i can say assume there service isn't much better than their ability to answer the phone.

This branch should be re-named the "Not enough Tellers" branch. Every time I go in there for a simple transaction, I stand in a long line while ONE teller window is open. It's been this way for years. They save payroll at the expense of customer service. And when I complain, I get attitude from the staff.
