If I can I would give them ZERO. Long wait barely anyone to help with business deposits. And once you get to the window the ladies have a bad attitude. Horrible place and service.

Worst experience ever with a bank! They rejected a withdrawal, while we had all the proper documentation. They cost us a load of money. The manager seemed like he was way in over his head. Please, better the service.

I never plan to go to this terrible bank again, first they serve me 15 minutes later than the time of my appointment that I made in advance 3 weeks ago and then everything was worse.

Customer service is really, really BAD and RUDE. I came here a few times because it's near my house. But from today I'll never come here anymore. I talked with that employee at the front man. I want to solve my bank problem, but he said it normally happened, so they can't solve that issue. How can it be?? Then how to solve my issue?? He said everything can be in online, if it is wrong it online they can't solve it. Then why the bank exist if they can't solve it. I can't understand. He looked rudely at me.I solved my problem that I calledby phone to bank of america and that employee helped me, so it is solved. So, I can't understand that man employee in this bank. He said it can't be solve, but other employee solved it. I think he don't want to talk with me, so he said me like that rude. ???

HORRIBLE Customer Service. Wanting to ONLY deposit cash into my father's account (he filled out the deposit slip), teller said "can't do"... after I explained to her that all I wanted to do was to deposit the cash - didn't want to get any cash out or see the balance, she again advised "can't do because I was not on the account." I drove to the Carrollwood Village location, where a very nice professional young man completed my transaction and advised me that the "teller at the other bank did nothing to help rectify my situation." I will be complaining to Corporate.
