At the time of opening the account, they treat you the best, they offer you many good things after taking into account any process you want to do, they make it almost impossible, something as simple as just wanting to withdraw change for your business is something extremely difficult.

I met with Ruben Torres last week at this Bank of America location and he provided exceptional customer support. He was kind, understanding, and very knowledgable. If I need to go back to a Bank of America financial center, I will definitely be meeting with Ruben again.

This review is also submitted to Holly, President of Retail Banking.I am not a member of Bank of America, but I was made to feel very uncomfortable. Upon arrival at this location: 1201 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33629 there is a white woman, crossed eyed, wears glasses and heavy set. I didn’t get a chance to get her name. She has her white, male sidekick with her. She got so close I could feel her breath on me. She asked what I had needed help with today ( not verbatim), but she got too close. I told her I just need change. This is from 6-1-2022 by the way. Her white, male sidekick asked me if I have an account. Then he goes to her (heavyset woman) and let’s her know. She approached me and said change was only for members because they had no way of knowing if my money was counterfeit and there would be no way to link me to the said counterfeit crime?. I just wanted singles and for her to imply it was fake is ridiculous. It is a bank. There are counterfeit detectors I’m sure, cameras, and I’m not trying to cash anything of that sort. I just wanted singles. If I can’t get it at a bank where else would I go. I told her I can open an account. Then she said if you’re just gonna delete it. Well so much for options. Maybe they can get a class on how to treat customers with respect and not discriminate. I doubt if I was a white male they’d behave in this way. But this is America.

Had an appointment at 11:00 and it took nearly 10 minutes to even recognize I was in the building. Finally the Branch manager acknowledged my arrival (she had a "I am bothering her attitude") and then proceeded to tell me it was going to be another 45 minute wait before someone could see me. I said to her that was not right and she responded by saying o.k., turned around and went to her office and closed her door...extremely rude and such poor customer service. I am a BOA stockholder and long term customer.

I have been in line for 20 minutes to withdrawal money from the teller and am still standing here. That about sums it up. Bank of America routinely has the longest lines and 1 teller. One.

Bank of America in General is Garbage but the tellers at this location are, rude and as unhelpful as can be. It's busy and of course there's a line, two tellers of course, so of course when it's my turn to cash my check the lady Teller decides to leave and go on break. I asked her if she could just cash my check real quick and she shrugged her shoulders and gave me a smug smile and said, "sorry can't help u". Every Bank of America I have gone to is about the same that's why I don't bank with them

Not sure why this bank always has a staffing problem? Today there is no bank teller to take deposits! Apparently no one else can get behind the counter! How do you let your only teller run an errand for one hour!

Went on a Tuesday to open checking and savings accounts...called the day before no answer..called day of same...people in bank looked puzzled and confused...no greeter or sign up sheet like other banks..went to Chase and Well fargo across the street...no problems..other banks want your business don't bother with this one

Website claims this bank to be open. FALSE After driving 5 miles, the bank was closed, and on a Monday. Very disappointed.

Customer service was great and Mr. Brooks was able to help me with everything that I needed. Highly recommend him as he is knowledgeable and friendly.
