ATM ate over $1000 of cash and then broke. Didn’t give me a receipt…ate my card and malfunctioned after. now this branch doesn’t answer calls for 10 mins and then are giving me the run around... my money is missing & they don’t give AF. Was giving this branch a shot. Glad I didn’t transfer all my funds here from my other bank.They want me to file a claim.. when they atm # told me they need to run their numbers to give me back my money. So I’m getting the run around from the bank and the atm company. Basically they are stealing my money. Do I need to get lawyers involved?

Rude people. We were in the middle of a transaction, and someone came to interrupt and take the person that was trying to assist me. All of this after I had been waiting for that person while she was just walking around.

You guys have real issues. I deposited over $13k into my personal account from my business account and your teller Misplaced the money???? How can this happen? Now I have to waste my day and find out where my money went. Terrible bank and worst experience. So deeply disappointing. You guys need to train your tellers.

90% of the time they don’t have a teller to help you with any transactions. Even though the manager and assistant manager are there doing nothing, they still will not get behind the window and help you.

I had two great experiences at this location. Maria was very helpful and took the time to teach me about the digital cards in the mobile app -- even though it was a few minutes past closing time. I came back to this branch to make a withdrawal and experienced the same great customer service from the staff here.

This bank in this area is not the best to go to. Poorly helped. I dont think I will go every bank to this bank location again even tho it’s close to home I rather drive further away to get better Service then a headache!!!!!
