Worst business bank ever. DO NOT use Bank of America for your small business banking. After the bank wrongly rejected a wire, I had to go into the branch to authorize. The bank manager inadvertently blocked my account and now it is days of escalation to try to have the account and access restored.

Hours state 8am to 4pm. I arrive at 3:50 to locked doors and them refusing to let me make a deposit that would take less than 3 minutes. If you're going to close your lobby, change the hours on your website and doors to reflect it.

Unbelievably bad service. Wait time for basic services (deposit, withdrawal) is 30-40 minutes… It’s worth driving few more minutes to a different location, rather than facing such incompetence at this location.

I love this location ! Radhika makes each customer feel special and she, unlike other BOA tellers, keeps your financial requests private. Most locations shout or ask the reason for your visit loudly across the branch; she on the other hand is polite and professional. Love visiting her. I have applied for a Mortgage, my credit has been hit with a hard inquiry, selected their mortgage representative, never heard back from them...neither an approval, nor a denial...grave silence.

This location has no tellers working behind the counter and it's run by a bunch of snowflakes making you wear masks. I have two people with name tags refusing to work behind the counter. If anyone goes to a Bank of America not run by snowflakes can you reply here so we can all go to that location instead.

Went to this location two days in a row to get a cashiers check. The first day I was told by the teller that I could not access the funds in my account due to a processing hold, yet I am still able to use the account for purchases and withdrawals (go figure). On the second day I walked in and there was no one behind the counter. The teller and the manager then emerged from the vault about 10 minutes later to then go behind another locked door and kept a line of customers waiting without even addressing us. Poor customer service and poor management. I would recommend going to another branch location.

Being closed right now is fine, but I expect a fully functional ATM as a minimum requirement. BOA is not a discount bank.
