I visited this location about 2 months ago, and I got kicked out right away because I was younger than some people who would normally visit. A very rude security guard came up to me and said to me “you’re just a kid you can’t be here.” My only reason to why I was there was I was only appreciating the building itself, and its elevators. I took a few pictures to remember I was there and share them with some friends, but disappointing how that stopped my visit. I am an elevator enthusiast and an architectural enthusiast. I would love to become an elevator technician in my future, and getting kicked out of 3 buildings a day (this structure included) makes me unhappy. I would like to get permission to be back and take a few pictures when or if I ever return.

Someone called me from this number telling me that I won a large amount of money and that the rules are if I want the money in my account to send 2500$ before. The call was made yesterday.

Always splendid when the only ATM doesn't work. External ATM was not working with contactless (Apple Wallet), a second ATM is in the lobby but lobby is locked. Boooo you BofA.

Horrible service at this location. Every time I walk in, they ask me to move my business account to them. I would never with this service. One person working, and five people sitting around. I spent 30 minutes to pick up one thing.

10am to 4pm have to be the absolutely most useless banking hours ever dreamt up for business people who need to conduct BUSINESS. Thankfully the ATM outside is frozen (broken) and the one in their lobby is not accessible bc the lobby doesn’t even open until 10am. Was considering moving my accounts including Merrill Edge elsewhere and its such a pain but this has given the motivation to follow through. Thank you Bank Of America! hashtag USELESS !

15 years ago they told me I was dead, wrong person, but you can’t believe what they put you through to prove your alive. Latest, the branch manager at Lakewood Ranch, FL., would not accept my POA, said I had to have an appointment, made on the next day, and still wouldn’t see me. After I saw a woman try to get wire instructions for her closing the following day to close on her new home to the title company, again without an appointment, seeing her crying because she could not have access to her funds without an appointment showed me reason to close my 2 accounts, and unfortunately after 38 years as a customer, can’t close mine either. But since the interest rate on my IRA is only 0.25 %, and MMA @ 0.75% I am a fool to stay, let alone ever walk into a branch, because they won’t let me unless I have an appointment. Don’t walk but RUN to a bank who appreciates 38 years of nothing. Much better elsewhere.

My brother-in-law died with about $30,000 in BoA accounts. It’s been 6 years and they wouldn’t give the money to my mother-in-law (the beneficiary). She has since died a couple months ago and they still won’t give the money to my husband and his brother, even with a judge’s order.

Being a regular customer at this branch since 2002, a little faster service would be better for my husband and I since we own 3 businesses. The staff is great but when you’re busy, you can’t wait 30 minutes to speak to a representative when you go in the lobby, especially around lunch time. Other than that, staff is kind.

They do not greet you or treat you like a person. They act like they don't want to do their job or to be there. If you can't answer the phone w a simple hello, you do not deserve my business accounts. So glad I didn't use this useless bank.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING GARAGE. Spent 40 minutes waiting to allowed out. Was not told prior to paying that I would have to wait until a certain time to leave. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I will not be back ever!!

I am a Preferred Rewards Customer. You need to update and correct the hours of operation for this location. This locations banking service is completely closed down. I wasted time and effort getting to this location. This is just plain lack of customer service!
