This is my first time at a pet hospital with Coco and it’s exactly how I’d want it to be. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I know they love and take great care of my baby Coco.

Paid off remaining balance, then get calls from collections. Seems a inter office email wasn't sent about my paid in full status and they figured collections was the best option. Once I went back in person, I got the right number to call. It was fixed once they, call center, looked into it. Shame since Banfield is right next door, now to find another vet. Now to wait for the automatic robot reply of we care, call us.

The staff was so nice and got me in right away. I'm from Ohio and they gave me a coupon for a free visit and treated my dog so good. I would highly recommend them.

Kit was incredibly helpful in getting my dogs medication. We are from out of town and he was more than happy to assist and provide us with great information. Would recommend them based on their amazing customer service alone, they really went above and beyond!!

My boys have patients at Banfield their whole lives. Kitt, Dr Rubin, Dr Estrella and the rest of the team have cared for them through puppyhood into their grumpy old man years. They know us when we walk in the door and it has always felt warm. I appreciate the weekend and drop off appointments so I can make sure they are always taken care of. The staff has always enabled us to give the best of care.Recently, Petey developed an infection that was not curable. Treatment options were truthfully discussed and we were able to make the kindest choice for him and help him cross the rainbow bridge with his whole family present to love him right to the end. The staff was so kind and understanding, giving us the time we needed for our family.Today, I picked up his remains. They were beautifully packaged with extremely thoughtful touches I did not expect. Kitt kindly comforted me once more with kind words and support. I could not imagine taking my dogs anywhere else.

Location next to racetrac on Hillsborough…. Very pushy and I didn’t like that. They need better options as well when it comes to their health plans shouldn’t have to be stuck in a 1 year deal. But my main issue was that I knew what I wanted and felt as though they just kept pushing.

I would never go there again THIS IS A WARNING TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! HORRIBLE DOCTOR!! I brought my dog there for checkup and shots and my dog had a miner murmur and the doctor told me he’s gonna die and I should go back to the breeder and get my money back and made me cry even tho nothing was wrong with my dog, and He was completely neglected by the hospital I brought him in a week later for a shot and they tried to make me pay for a checkup he even tho he just had one done 6 days ago with them and BE CAREFUL OF THEIR PLAN THEY OFFER (GO GET PET INSURANCE).
