Thanks to Josh who managed to get my car started so it didn't need a tow. He then followed me to the auto garage to make sure I got there safely. Above and beyond service, would highly recommend.

My initial interaction with the tow truck driver at the site of the accident gave me an overall rough impression of the business and I was quite concerned about how the rest of my experience would be under such stressful circumstances, but to my surprise the young lady on the phone was excellent. She explained what I needed to do to get the car released to my insurance. We also took a trip to their location to take out stuff from our car and the gentlemen that attended us was so kind! It was a refreshing visit there when it could have been dreadful. Thankful to him for being so nice and helpful!

My car broke down and my insurance company assigned the tow truck service, at first it was a wait of 1 hour and 20 minutes. The driver called me an hour later to verify the address and minutes later they canceled the order. I contacted them and the girl was rude, they assigned me another driver for whom I had to wait 2 more hours. In the end Anthony did a good job but my wait in total was 3 hours. I don't recommend them at all.

Waited over 3 hours for a tow truck !!!Gieco sent them out and here I sit 3 hours later . Spoke to the drive 2 times and explained where I am . He is still drove around for an hour looking for me . Pasted me as I sit 40 feet from the exit l. I sat there so long EMS and the sherif stopped to make sure I was ok and not over heated. Provided water and concern .Service: Car towing

Awful place, can’t get anyone on the phone, they are not 24 hours. They give you no information on the phone. Every location has been no help!!! I would give zero stars if Google would let me. Poor customer service, representatives lied to me on the phone. Ridiculous service!!!!Service: Car towing

They are contracted with Geico, but it doesn't mean they are good. Car broke down .64 miles from dealership. Original eta was 75 minutes (12:36pm for reference). At 12:40 I called them and they said 22 more minutes, Geico app updated to 1:10. At 1:25 a new message came through delaying another 30 minutes. I called Geico immediately and while on the phone it was updated to 2:52. That's a 2 hour and 16 minute delay or a total of 3 hours and 31 minutes. Geico called and changed driver... 10 minutes ..
