Can never get live person on phone at this location been try for over two hrs now.I uber and they billed me 4 days ago and now it not connected to my uber account so I can drive even tho I paid for the week.cant get anybody on the phone today

I drive for Uber and have had to return 3 cars in the 2 months that I have been using Avis to rent. I have had to deep clean all three previous cars, and then when they require servicing (all three were tire and brake related issues), Avis refused to do the work and told me to return the vehicle. If you want an unsafe, disgusting vehicle, visit your nearest Avis!Edited to update: I got another car yesterday on 3/02, and woke up this morning with a flat tire and NO SPARE in the car. Great job, Avis, now I am stranded.

Would not honor reservation price and terms. They say:”we don’t take a deposit, but you have to pay this (higher absurd) rate.” Made me waste my time and ride share cost getting here only to face shady business practice. I rent cars all the time, I’ve seen cars not available. I’ve never had rates not honored.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. We ordered a car and THANKFULLY called prior to coming for directions only to be told 1 HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSE ON A FRIDAY that "oh we're sorry, yeah we don't have an SUV for you." UMMMM, what???? Then when we were clearly upset (no name calling...just said it was unaccepable....no curse words) we were told that they could no longer assist us and hung up the phone. Ms. Lorenzo or whoever she claims was her name if that was it. These ladies don't even get off their butts to help. When we returned the vehicle at this location, they were shopping on ebay on their phones and made us GO BACK OUT TO THE VEHICLE TO GIVE THEM MILEAGE AND REPARK IT!. No help, nothing. They are the worst. There is so much more to this story it's not even worth the time. Service like this is standard anymore and writing a bad review does nothing. Unbelievable. All we can do is NEVER use Avis again (and especially this location) again. Good luck Avis. And yes we've called Customer Service....again this does nothing.

Terrible experience only to be served with even worse customer service agent. Reserved a rental showed up and no car. Instead of the agent helping I was told that if I wanted a car I needed to call around to other Avis locations. Then had to pay for a second Uber to a different location and customer care couldn’t care less.Do better Avis.

This place is inside citrus Park Mall. It is a Kiosk. One person working. Budget and Avis both one person handle. No drop box for return. Overall it is a good place. Some time you may need to wait for 10 to 15 minutes

Made a reservation an hour ago to get a car for tomorrow because my van was in the shop. The van was finished today instead of this weekend and I needed to cancel the reservation. They charged me $150 for canceling because I paid ahead of time. I’ll never use Avis again.

The woman working today (1/15/23) was extremely rude and snappy with me for asking basic questions. When I asked for her name she put me on hold until I was forced to hang up. Very unprofessional and a formal complaint was made.

Despite a verified reservation, they had no vehicle available when I arrived. Use the airport location not Citrus Park since Citrus Park is unreliable.

In a time where customer service is subpar at best, here was an experience that was spectacular. Having rented from Avis for over 10 years, with many different locations around the country, this experience far surpassed any experience that I have had. Adrian was phenomenal!The details:My reservation was placed early (a month or so) and I checked in early with the app so that I could quickly get my reservation, but as we all know, technology is fantastic when it works and terrible when it doesn’t. It did not work well.When I went to get the vehicle it was not available. There were only two available that were ready.? Neither would work for what I needed.Adrian was patient and searched for a solution. We found one and the car was exactly what I wanted/ needed for the drive. I had to cancel the reservation and get make another one on the spot for it to happen. It worked.There was a snafu with the rate that I had because of the early reservation, it was over $60 more than my original price.? Technology blip.Again, Adrian figured out a solution to the issue. And to finish off this perfect storm of issues, my card would not authorize due to an already charged reservation.?Adrian figured that out as well and got me driving for $12 more than my original reservation with the same card.Most of my experiences with Avis have been ok, with very few being memorable. Most people after the first hiccup would have said “ I am sorry, you can try another location, blah,blah blah..” but Adrian was a champion in my corner for this rental. ?When needed again, I will rent from this Avis again.
