I have recently purchased a 2023 Kia Soul Hatch Back from the Tampa Avis Sales office ( 10/29/24). I was impressed with the welcome and service I received.
The staff were friendly, very informative and our sales representative Mr Santiago made the experience stress free for me. I was given thorough information regarding the vehicle model and when signing all documents.
I am very pleased with the Kia Soul in terms of model and road worthiness. We traveled to Tampa to purchase the car as the price was more affordable compared to Charlotte County.?

I bought a car here (Tampa location) last Saturday. I was in and out in just over an hour. The two gentlemen that helped me were perfect. They answered all my questions, and honestly, I got such a great deal on my car, the couple of small "fees" that were on the paperwork didn't even make me blink. I drove home happy with the whole experience. I have never been able to say that about purchasing a car before!
Thank you Mr. Mike Martinez and Mr. Samuel Santiago for making my experience a good one!!! I would definitely buy from you again!

Stay away. They play games and lie to get sales, so I can only imagine. Put a fake trade in a on car quote for a car I don't even own to have me drive 4 hours for nothing. I hate a liar.

Purchased the car 6/24 Rodney the salesperson was great .I purchased it being out of state and everything went find as registering the vehicle and with the taxes in my state. I purchased vehicles from Hertz in the past and they were definitely easier to deal with but did not have the car I was looking for with the mileage. They also seem to have different sales options etc. Yes I would purchase again from Avis.

Fantastic deal. Rodney is the man. Set me up with Sirius XM for 3 months with an additional 3 months on top. Bought a 2024 Chevy Malibu with 12k miles for just $22k; no other place could beat their price. Drove up to Florida Ave in Tampa on a Saturday, paid for the car, brought my own tag and was in and out in less than 1 hour. Avis Car Sales in Tampa, Florida, is the place to shop for a used car. Thanks guys!

Buying a Car from Avis Car Sales Tampa, FL. was the worst car buying experience I ever have. They took the money, but after 2 month they still not submitted any paperwork (registration and title) to the DMV on my behalf. I have been in daily communication with them via phone and email for 2 month and they still do nothing to submit the paperwork. I cannot do anything with that car. Their title department is so slow I still do not have a valid registration 60 days after the purchase.
Stay away from AVIS to avoid the headaches I went through.
