This should be rated as 0 stars as I've called on two separate occasions and i was put on hold the first time for over 20 minutes and another time for 40 minutes. While on hold the recording states they are hiring delivery drivers- maybe they should hire someone to answer the phones? How could you run a business when you don't answer the phone??

These guys took care of me even when they were busy! They took their time with each customer they encountered and were professional and knowledgeable. They listened to my reasoning for what was buying and offered valuable advice. Logan helped tremendously and was a great person to talk to.

This store sucks.. I’m about to check and and one of the staff said it can’t check me out and asked me to go to the next one and the other guy start to log in and just left and help the other customer without saying anything.
Didn’t bother to tell what’s the reason.

Came in with a VERY dead car battery. Francisco was very helpful at helping us find the correct battery for our Mazda CX 30. He was courteous and helpful. Because he is new to Auto Zone, he consented with Joel Rivera, to make sure he was doing everything correctly. Joel helped me find new wiper blades for the Mazda too. Very happy with the customer service during the purchase and installation of the blades and battery. Thank you Francisco and Joel.
