This woman, Debbie, is a tremendous girl. She is the woman who helped me. I was left standing in front of Autozone. She got me the parts. My belt in my car broke. She even kept calling until she found me a tremendous mechanic. Man, and I really appreciate it. This girl did so that I would not be left behind, thank you Debbie, you are worth gold.

Went to the location on 3/19 around 1:30 . I had purchased quite a bit of items from the store and realized I needed a funnel for my windshield wiper fluid. I asked the Hispanic lady with straight brown hair if I can borrow their funnel and she said no I couldn’t then I asked her where can I purchase it and asked her where can I find it in the store. She looked at me with an attitude and did not respond . I went to go find the funnel myself and saw the gentleman who helped me find something earlier in the store and asked him was I able to borrow a funnel from them and he gladly assisted me before I purchased one. I was thankful for the guy who helped, only took him 2 seconds to grab it from under the register. Please train all employees what is part of your “free loan a tool service”

After work this evening, I drove straight to my local AutoZone at 8302 Sheldon Rd in Tampa because my battery light was on the whole ride home from work & my car was leaking coolant. Lucas at AutoZone came to my rescue replacing the dying battery & the broken coolant hose. Lucas was friendly, knowledgeable about my car & knew how to make the repairs. Thanks to him, I will be able to drive to work tomorrow & not have to take time off. AutoZone is lucky to have him as an employee.
While I was waiting inside for Lucas to replace the parts, I met another employee, Debbie, who was also very friendly & gave great customer service to all the customers that walked in. I will definitely continue to go back to the AutoZone at this location because I was very impressed by their great employees.
