Walked in to check on their price of an item. I was welcomed by a manager, screaming on top of the voice saying We Are Closing. I advised them that I was just doing a price check for an Item I was familiar with. As one of the associates tried to assist the manager kept on interrupting with "Make it quick Make it quick" felt super unwanted and unwelcomed.

First time there, picked up a beautiful Carhartt Cooler that just came in. They were very helpful and showed us everything we wanted to see in the Store. The store is very clean. I wish all customer service employees were that nice and helpful. A+!

Poor customer service.Yesterday, I came to this store to simply return a loaner pulley remover and core power steering pump. The employee immediately became upset and complained that it was early in the morning, he can’t do a return and I should know there is no cash in the registers. I paid via card so cash was never a factor.He was visibly upset, began speaking in Spanish, walked to the back and had another employee come from the back to finish the transaction.He was a grey shirt which should have a higher standard of customer care. The person he made come from the back was an older gentleman, red shirt and was polite. He completed what was a simple transaction.Moral of the story: leave your problems at home.

Outstanding customer service! I was having battery troubles and finally decided to go to this location after shopping around online. I am beyond grateful that I took my business here. Roberto (give this man a raise!) turned what I thought was going to be an absolute nightmare of a situation into what I can only describe as a sublime transaction between a business and a customer. He was extremely friendly and helpful even under the stress of a busy day, he and his associate took the time to fully understand the situation and help in every way imaginable. Thank you so much for all your help in getting me back on the road with no worries. Very happy to have had the chance to have hard working, knowledgeable, and kind individuals like Roberto Henry and the rest of the staff at this location. They took my business and acted as if my problems were their own. Nothing short of perfection.
