Honestly I'm to blame for continuing to put in pick-up orders with AutoZone. It's never ready when I get there, even though they'd been open for five hours and I'd put in the order the evening before. So I just stood there like an idiot while the employee took a receipt and walked isle to isle grabbing the items. It took him a good 35 minutes to get all five or six items, turns out he got stumped on some dumb $2 funnel (half the stuff wasn't actually in stock). I told him to just throw in literally any funnel. Naturally, he never put it in the bag anyway.
What is the point exactly of ordering online for pickup? I don't want to watch someone do a terrible job at shopping for me. Spent about an hour overall (on an online order for pickup) and had to go to another AutoZone afterwards for the stuff this one secretly had out of stock. Went to the one on Florida & Waters as the follow up, in and out, they were great.

I had 4 points and I went for about a month and came back and the points were lost by magic, hahaha incredible now they are accepting magicians in the store to work, draw your own conclusions

I received the worst customer service at this location. This is the second time that I went to this location and had to wait close to 17mins just to be acknowledged. There were a totally of 5 people working at the store and only one at the register. There is no sense of urgency. Once I got to the counter the employee said that the check engine light scanner that they had was broken. The automatic store had broken parts and components. I had to go to Advanced Discount Auto parts to get help and make a few purchases. After trying them for the second time and getting the same results, I'm going to continue to get future parts elsewhere.

Nice. I needed headlight bulbs that were in stock in 4 different "qualities" and when I paid, the employee remembered a digital coupon and applied the 20% discount to my purchase. Nice!
Why not 5 stars? Even with the discount, it was almost double of what I had paid buying online from Silvana.

Worst service ever blond guy at the front refused to help me to have my engine checked because it would take too long at it was too late at 6:30pm when they close at 9pm. My engine was misfiring and thankfully at the autozone in sheldon they were able to help me and where super nice. Go 5 min up the street where they care.

Went in to buy brake pads and the young lady sold me the wrong ones. Go back up there with one off the car and spoke to a guy there and he brought up the car info and had no idea where the girl got the numbers for the brakes she sold me. The guy got me the correct set. The girl seemed like she didn't want to be there. Not rude but not friendly

In my first search, I did not solve the problem, I was not poorly served, but the people who helped me did not have enough knowledge, luckily my second time was great, the person who helped me found what I needed and everything was super fast, for I can give that person 5 stars, but for the rest I leave it at 4 successes and may they continue to improve themselves
