Just left the store about 10 minutes ago.
Went in for a battery.
Exceptional service.
While chatting with the person who helped me, I realized it was the store manager, Keratin.
Went out of her way to help me, yes, I did feel special.
Great customer service.keep it up, that's why I keep coming back.

There is a worker who I believe is a supervisor who in a very bad manner accused us of wanting to return a product that was not the one they sold us. Be very careful when buying something that you may have to return later because they will give you a thousand excuses not to return your money. Without words, in the end they accepted the return because the Part # matched and they realized THEIR mistake, but they made us feel very bad, be careful with these characters, lack of professionalism, racism, infamy, without further comments, I hope this comment makes it clear everyone can read

Best Customer Service in the CIty!!! Brandon and Kay should give classes to other Autopart stores. They will do everything from help you! Love doing business with this location. I dread going to other auto parts stores! Keep it up !!!

Wonderful experience, wonderful employees!
Having learned my lesson about trusting the website's assertion that the product I need - a battery no less - was actually in stock from the wasted morning buying one online to pick up at the store near me on Hillsborough, I called this store and asked the very friendly young lady if she would physically go and check to make sure the product was indeed in stock.
She did, it was, and with one very minor discrepancy between the listing on the website and the actual product, it was there. I went and got it, both she and her colleague helping someone else were very friendly, polite, and professional, spoke English (I'm sure one of them was bilingual), and got me on my way as promptly as possible.
This is the store I will be going to, as I again borrow a car from a neighbor and drive by the store to which I could quickly ride my bicycle...

I stopped by this store and was helped by an employee named Carlos Hernandez. Carlos went absolutely above and beyond what any average employee would do to help me. I really appreciated his help, it’s very uncommon to find this level of customer service nowadays.

Called and waited on hold for 20 minutes for the manager of the store to pick the phone up as I walked into the location and hang up on the phone….. very poor customer service and all I needed to know was if a part was in stock….. what a shame that customer service and the ability to help out customer and long standing customer goes out the window….
