I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience I had at this location, particularly with the male store manager. His attitude was incredibly unprofessional, and he needs to be reevaluated for his position. He demonstrated no regard for his customers’ time or money when it comes to ordering or investing in parts.
I was told my parts would arrive the next day, yet they didn’t. I had to make multiple trips to the store, only to be met with excuses and confusion about where my parts were. To make matters worse, because the parts did not arrive on time, I had to pay my mechanic a missed appointment fee.
When I asked for a discount due to the delay, the manager rudely stated, “This is not my problem.” It’s appalling to see such a dismissive attitude from someone in a managerial role. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
I have been a loyal local customer for years, but this experience has made me reconsider returning. The owner or upper management needs to take a serious look at how this store is being run.

Employees are great! I used to work for AZ and I found out the parts they sell are less than great. Nothing about the employees or customer experience was bad. I found what I was looking for, got some help from the manager (because she was the person who helped me, no other reason) I get a military discount, and I'm satisfied with my purchase. I just don't think these are the greatest thing to put on your car. Definitely works in a pinch, and much less expensive than the dealership.

Have probably spent $1000 in this store. Today they wouldn't honor a return of an unopened product bought in this store with receipt based on it being more than 30 days from purchase. Never going back.

Went in today and was assisted by Jacob. Jacob was so kind and professional. Came in for windshield wiper fluid and he introduced me to some awesome products and I had to buy them also. Can’t wait to use the products. Thanks for taking the time and for your exceptional customer service!

I went in to get a test on my battery and it was found the life was low. I was helped by Jonathan and his professionalism and knowledge was exceptional. I was taken back by his care and dedication to providing great service. He took his time to clear the corrosion from my terminals and sprayed all metal areas to keep the acid dust so it would not spread. The whole time he gave me the reasons why he was doing what he was doing and i thanked him for the knowledge he was sharing and he told me he shares that with me but also does it for himself to stay sharp in his craft. It’s hard to find people that carry that kind of passion for their craft. Auto Zone you got a great one in Jonathan.

Amazing customer service! I needed new headlights on my Chevy equinox and after being told from another auto parts store that they wouldn’t help install them, these guys did installed the lights and quick!
The headlights were NOT easy to install and they still helped me and I can’t say enough good things!
Go to them for everything.
