i came 2 weeks ago i believe to buy some windshield wipers. The person gave me the wrong ones so I returned them bought another pair with a different employee and it was the wrong pair once again. I waited a week and came today in the evening and Lovina immediately took action, she came to check on my car…..i Finally got the right pair thanks to Lovina. We only went in the store once and she knew exactly what pair I needed, she was amazing, sweet and also replace my windshield wipers for me :) super happy. Every time I come and Lovina is there I always have a great experience:).
