Came in to look for an air filter that was claimed to be in stock online. Was not in the proper place, nor seen anywhere else in the aisle of filters. Approached a gentleman in red asking for help; he helped me look and verified there was one in stock. We looked and he got another coworker to help us look. The red shirted coworker left to man customer service. The other coworker looked superficially then left when he was not in my peripheral. No “sorry we were unable to locate the product” or other solutions provided. Drove a fair distance expecting this filter and pissed off now. Do not recommend this store due to this customer service.

Called at 845 to see if they had the part, the girl confirmed that they did so I drove there to pick it up. Got there at 855, the door was locked. Knocked and I told the girl I just talked to her and she told me to come back in the morning because they are closed. Why wouldn’t you tell me that on the phone when I told you I was coming to get it now . Also there was a guy already there outside with car issues told me he needed a part and they locked the door 10 minutes ago. If you want to be closed before 9pm then make new times.

Worst store and staff every. My fiancé stopped in today to have her wiper blades replaced because one flew off while driving down the road in the pouring rain. When she asked the associate to help her because she didn't know how to do it. The associate advised that he would not help her because it was raining and he would not put the wiper blades on in the rain. That is by far the worst customer service I have ever heard.

Michael helped me out with my battery. He tested it when I thought that my battery was dead. However we realized that the battery health was at 85%. Saved me tons of money.
The workers here are always extremely nice and helpful. Michael goes above and beyond to help people understand the best way to solve the problems at hand. He gave me his valuable time and we talked about the problems I had with my battery. He even helped me come up with some solutions to better take care of my vehicle.
I always come to this Autozone in Tampa, I highly suggest it for great customer service and knowledgeable staff.
