I went to Auto Zone and didn’t know anything about my break light but Debbie D helped me out and knew exactly how to do it, thanks to her I have my break lights working again

To whom it may concern, I'm not one to write reviews. To be totally honest the reviews I've read here don't even sound like the treatment I received from "Miguel" the store associate who assisted me, if we can call it assistance at that, because it was more laziness than anything else. Miguel was supposedly on a phone call when I approached him for assistance finding a pack of zip ties, question to which he responded by saying "He didn't know what those are" and followed by commenting "I was disrespectful for interrupting him on a call" one which had very minimal conversation because he acted to be on such call for a long period of time, all so that he can sit behind the counter and avoid customer interaction with Hispanic's. Something to be ashamed of given that such employee is also Hispanic. Additionally, it's understood that the store can be busy from time to time or maybe more frequently than I know. However, it is totally wrong to attend a phone conversation, let alone act like you are on one, and when approached for assistance you treat you customer with such bad attitude that makes him leave the store. It's also important to include here that this is not a store issue, however an attitude like this or behavior like this from an employee Jeopardizes the store's reputation and scares your customer away. & honestly someone who does not know what zip ties are should not work in an AutoZone.

Today I received very bad attention from an employee in this place, I don't know his name, he is a young man with curly hair and is bilingual, it is not the first time he has done it, my wife also received the same bad attention last week from of this person, it is unfortunate that these things happen.

Let me tell y’all about this angel named Jevon. I love my car. Her name is Kiara and she’s a Kia Soul. Lately her engine has been loud, which is scary because why is my car growling at me while I’m on 275? I drove all over town looking for help. Fortunately I met Jevon and with the help of my mechanic over the phone, (who I also met at a different Autozone) Jevon helped me fix the oil in Kiara. Not only was it not even part of his job to help me, he brightened my day with positivity which was needed after seeing the Check Engine light on my daughter. I say all that to say, shout out to Jevon and to Autozone. Y’all hire some really cool people and I’m glad I connected with one of them today.
PS: I made Jevon take a pic because I was so grateful and am gonna email corporate. Y’all look at his adorable face!

I went in there to get my battery tested and found out that it needed to be replaced. Before they replaced it for me, Jeron went ahead and checked warranty to see if you could save me a little bit. Unfortunately it expired but Jeron was good enough to help me with the new battery and install it.I was in and out and under 20 minutes. Excellent customer service!

The gentleman advised me on hubcaps and then assisted by changing out my rear directional light. He even suggested and changed out the other side. He wouldn’t take gratuity, I am so thankful.
