Today I went in to return an item I have bought 2 weeks ago .I have my receipt the lady at front desk say she can't return it.so if you buy an item at autozone even if you have your receipt there is a huge chance the lady at the desk will deny your return. From now on I will go to advance auto parts.

I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. Just stood in line for 20 mins to pay $5.36 for a roll of paper towel…. Store absolutely empty (for good reason), 5 employees bobbing around, yet impossible to get quick service. I’m really honestly shocked that these stores are able to stay open and employ so many folks with their terrible service and super high prices. I’m gonna make it a point to not come here any longer.( like everyone else obviously).

I would give this AutoZone 10 stars if I could! Joyce and her team went above and beyond replacing my battery, which was SO eroded that it looked like my only option was to take it to a dealership. I had given up hope and called a tow truck when Joyce, her team and Francis (from the adjacent PepBoys) worked together to get the darn-near melted battery out of my car and replace it with a new one on the fly. They literally saved me HUNDREDS of dollars! If you need to go to an AutoZone in Tampa - make sure you go to this one! Thank you Joyce and Francis!
