Does Brandon Nissan employ illegal false and deceptive advertising practices?.I called Brandon Nissan to verify availability and price as their CARFAX ad suggests. The estimate given by Brandon sales rep for closing costs for taxes, title, and dealer fees for the used vehicle I wanted to purchase was a legitimate three to four thousand above online listed price, 'out the door.' used by ethical dealers..Online list price $25,999..I was told $29k to $30k out the door..After investing half a day and driving a couple hours their ACTUAL COST OUT THE DOOR$34,740! ( not $29 - $30k)$8,840 above online price!.Lots of excuses given for their HUGE inflated out the door price..They stated that we didn't meet the requirements to get the online price. (Their ad listed NO requirements as necessary to buy the vehicle for the price listed)We have great credit, first responder fire department, military.(We met most of their new conditions supposedly required for several 'discounts' which Brandon Nissan did not list in their CARFAX ad as being needed).Another EXCUSE for their HUGE price increase for out the door costs?.THEY SAID THEIR ONLINE PRICE WAS NOT ACCURATE..Finally, an accurate statement. It WAS WRONG. INTENTIONALLY wrong?A repeated pattern at Brandon Nissan?(UPDATE: they still have not corrected their online price to accurately reflect the price they want to sell it for.. False and deceptive advertising is illegal in Florida .. it is punishable by $10,000 + per incident .. any TV reporters interested in a story of shady practices plaguing consumers, or lawyers interested in filing a lawsuit, lots of disgruntled customers in the reviews).Dozens of other negative reviewers also said they received the identical 'excuse' for inflated out the door pricing and false advertising and inflated fees. Their online ad was 'wrong'..They made a second offer to us of $33666 which was still $7,600 above their online listed price. (NOT their verbal offer of $29- $30, 000 out the door. They refused my counter offer of 31,000.).BUYER BEWARE. Have them text or email you a WRITTEN copy of the out the door pricing before wasting your time. They may not honor their verbal contract with you.It seems unlikely they will give you a written estimate because they wouldn't want to be held accountable for initial deceptive advertised price that lured you into their dealership..Dear Brandon Nissan,Why not become a bastion of ethical business practice with legitimate transparent out the door pricing in advance. It may bring new customers through your doors. You may also find you sleep better at night and enjoy coming to work instead of dreading it

I purchased a new 2024 Nissan Rogue Platinum on 4/14/2024 from your Brandon showroom. This car was sold to me at a higher price than what was mentioned on the window sticker or what was told to me while discussing the deal. My mistake was that in the excitement of buying a new car I didn't understand I was getting fooled while I was signing the documents. When I realized the issue, I raised it to the manager and credit officer 4/15/2024 however they started playing tricks on numbers leaving me no option but to escalate it to you.I am highly saddened and regretting going to your showroom. Request you to intervene and check the entire deal. I sent an email to general manager sales but never got a responseSuch Mis-selling will certainly damage the Brand of Nissan.

The service was fine however, the overall service department part of the dealership definitely needs an overhaul. It is very old and unappealing. Compared to most other dealerships in the area that have more modern waiting areas with more amenities, the one at Brandon Nissan is very dreary and not a pleasant place to have to wait in.

Hamza has always given me superior service. This is why I purchased our Rough from Brandon Nissan and when the time is right, I'll replace it again from Brandon Nissan, as I know exactly what to expect from your service department.Israel González, CEMEquipment Manager

Sales rep Johnathan was great. Calm and not pushy, he was not your typical car sales rep. This is huge for me with a wife and 2 young kids as I have enough going on and want to really think about the purchase. We came back after a week and bought the truck. I recommend Johnathan.

Hamzah and his crew always provide the best service. My visit last week was for oil change, check the brakes and check the tire pressure. The result was brakes are good, oil was changed, and tire pressure was corrected.Today I made an emergency visit due to an unusual scrapping noise coming from my right rear tire. Hamzah made a quick check that the tire bolts weren't the issue, but told me I would have to wait due to the tech team being out to lunch. When one of the maintenance crew was in the process of moving my car, another young man noticed something hanging from the wheel. The object was barbed-wire that was caught-up in the wheel-well. Now that is a demonstration of the excellent service I always receive from Hamzah and his crew.

Don't visit this Nissan. The service agents and technicians are the worst. They don't provide any maintenance reports. It's always the worst case scenarios for any maintenance issues.

Sean the manager here is totally unprofessional and rude. Went in to check out a car and was not satisfied whatsoever. Not only is he disrespectful to customers but he also treats his employees very poorly like they are dogs. I can see why nobody would want to work here. Very unfortunate was looking forward to spending my money here but looks like I will be going elsewhere .

Arrived for oil change and tire rotation. The service tech couldn't start the car so they checked the battery. Found it was low (5 years old). We replaced the battery too. Our Rep, John George, kept us informed of the entire process and how much it would cost. He also recommended the cabin and engine filter, but we will do that next time.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Isaiah- an exceptional salesman at this dealership. From the moment I walked in, he exuded a nice and respectable demeanor. His approach was highly informative, and I appreciated his attention to detail. Throughout the process, he remained well-mannered, making the entire experience a positive one. I highly recommend his services. I have purchased 2 vehicles at this location, and I will definitely be back for a third :)
