Sal is professional, honest and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision on my car. I have had no problems with my car other than accidentally locking my keys inside and he really came through and helped me with a spare key. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Automaxx. They don’t sell you a car and then forget about you or ignore you like other places. They actually care.

Positive environment no pressure hard sell. The staff was knowledgeable and knew every button and function in the car I was buying. No hidden Dealer fees and up charges found at Large corporate dealers and I prefer as most people do to do business with local companies supporting local towns . I would definitely recommend Automaxx to anyone. Ask for Sal!

Sal was our sales person. He answered all our questions and was very informative. He was very professional and polite. He was not pushy and seemed very honest. He did work with us as far as meeting our budget to purchase the car. Sal was also willing to accommodate us by scheduling us as his first appointment since we lived far from the dealership. If I could give this dealership a higher rating I definitely would! I have been to several “large” dealerships in the past for vehicles and I have always left feeling like a business deal. The guys at Automaxx were just different. From the time I arrived and I was greeted by Sal, to closing everything financially with Joe, I could tell they truly value their customers. They stayed completely professional throughout the entire process, they listened to my needs and budget, and were very knowledgeable about their vehicles. I can’t say enough about their impressive customer service skills! So much so that I not only purchased one vehicle from them for my daughter, but literally came back one week later and traded my car in too! I have been driving BMW's since 1985...I have been looking for a quality new car for the past 3 years. Many cars that I found had high mileage or been in an accident or had too many owners. After 3 years of looking I found my next car at Automaxx. When I walked into their showroom floor and looked around I say "I am in heaven!" All of their cars were "all" of very high quality. Many with low miles and only one or two owners. I was highly impressed! There was no high pressure sales. The guys who worked there Sal and Joe were very nice and very knowageable and professional. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a quality automobile. There prices are very fair compared to many other dealerships! I am very pleased with my purchase!
