Contacted them twice. Asked for an estimate. Did not get back to me. If that’s the professionalism they exhibit then I can imagine the professionalism on my car. Do not recommend.

Luis is truly amazing. For over four years, I had a dysfunctional screen on my Cadillac SRX 2016. I tried going to various auto shops, where I kept been told they weren't bale to fix this type of screen, with dealerships even suggesting I take it elsewhere. However, Luis worked his magic, effortlessly replacing my touch screen at a lot less of the dealership's quoted price. I am so grateful for his skill and dedication in rectifying the issue. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of automotive assistance.

Got a backup camera for Christmas that I needed installed. I called late Thursday to set up an appointment for Friday, and they had it done right on time. Professional service and friendly staff. Would recommend!

Luis is a complete professional!! He installed a new radio and speaker in my Nissan versa. He even stayed open about 15 minutes later to show me all the cool features on the radio and my speaker. I highly recommend Luis and his expertise.

5 STARS AND I WOULD LEAVE 10 STARS IF I COULD.BOUGHT A USED 2007 LEXUS 460 WITH THE MARK LEVINSON SYSTEM AND DIDN'T REALIZE THE AUDIO SYSTEM WAS GOING OUT WHEN I PURCHASED. ONE DAY AFTER PURCHASE SYSTEM COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN, WOULDN'T PLAY ANY MUSIC. THROUGH MY RESEARCH I LEARNED THIS MODEL CAR WAS NOTORIOUS FOR HAVING A BAD AMP "MARK LEVINSON". LONG STORY SHORT A REPLACEMENT UNIT COULD RANGE ANYWHERE FROM 300-5000 FOR THE AMP ALONE. CALLED SEVERAL PLACES AND MOST PLACES SAID GO TO THE DEALER, HINTS THE LARGE RANGE IN PRICING FROM USED/REFURBISHED TO A COMPLETE NEW SYSTEM. CALLED SEVERAL PLACES AND FINALLY FOUND AUTO SOLUTIONS, THE OWNER/STAFF LISTENED TO ME OVER THE PHONE AND WAS VERY PATIENT WITH MY INEXPERIENCE WITH CAR AUDIO. RELAYED SOME OF THE SAME INFORMATION FROM OTHER AUDIO PLACES BUT WAS WILLING TO CHECK OUT THE VEHICLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. ALSO QUOTED THE BEST PRICING FOR A COMPLETE FIX PRIOR TO BRINGING MY VEHICLE. B/C OF THE HISTORY OF THE AMP THEY DID ASSUME THAT IT WAS THE AMP BUT WANTED TO CHECK PRIOR AND TOLD ME IF IT WASN'T THE AMP IT WOULD BE FAR LESS. IF THE AMP NEEDED TO FIXED IT WOULD HAVE TO BE SHIPPED TO A SPECIALTY DEALER AND WOULD TAKE THREE WEEKS. AUTO SOLUTIONS TOOK THE CAR IN AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM IN LESS THAN 30 MINS AND IT WASN'T THE AMP. I SAID THIS TO SAY, I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CAR AUDIO BUT WAS DESPERATE TO GET THE SYSTEM FIXED. HE COULD HAVE OVER CHARGED OR REPLACED THE AMP UNNECESSARILY AND I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN. FIXED THE PROBLEM BY REPLACING FOUR FAILING SPEAKERS FOR FAR LESS OF A COST THAN HIS INTIAL LOW ESTIMATE.FAIR AND HONEST DEALER, GIVE HIM A SHOT AND THANKS GUYS,CORY
