Came in on 02/15 interested in trading in my iPhone 13 Pro Max, they inspected my phone and I was told I would be given $1000 credit to trade in for a 15 Pro as a promotion, I just have to pay the remaining balance for my 13 Pro Max. Thought about it for a couple days and came back and was now told that I would only be given $700 after inspecting the SAME PHONE and was DENIED the $1000 and that the $1000 promotion only applies for upgrading to an Android phone. I went to the Pinellas Park location and I got the $1000 promotion, no questions asked. Shout out to Antonio, he is the homie and F*** this location. Do not go here.

I had an interesting experience with two different individuals. The initial experience with Kevin was great. He listened attentively and provided honest feedback. However, the second person, who was quite muscular, kept insisting on whether we truly wanted to switch from Android to iOS, despite us repeatedly expressing our dissatisfaction with Samsung's service. This became annoying after a while. I highly recommend Kevin, but I wasn't pleased with the other person's attitude. Due to this experience we now moved over to Verizon. Thank you ATT of Tampa ;)

Kevin was such a phenomenal representative of AT&T. Guided me through all of my questions. Helped me fix a competitors issue that stopping my phone from transferring over to AT&T. He is a keeper!

10/15: This year the cellphone service has turned to the worse: breaking up constantly, charging autopay for a future month after service was cancelled and transferred to Spectrum, morover, they will reimburse the overcharge in two to three billing cycles.10/16:Now they are asking for my contact info. All I need is my reimbursement back to my credit card now. I have been on the phone with two agents already, it was a waste of time, first both stated the charge was for the past month, when the statement clearly says for the future , then they said they will reimburse on next billing cycle, next after further questioning, they said in three billing cycles.Why keep talking nonsense ? Just reimburse asap.

Wasted 2-3 days going up there numerous time for a netgear nighthawk. I made it clear I didn’t need a phone , I needed a hotspot. I was handed over a SIM card with NO device, & tried ordering one from Amazon , or getting a hotspot from Walmart, none of them were capable (not capable with FirstNet) , so I had return BOTH hotspots . Waste of 3 days because eventually I ordered online FROM AT&T . So sad that I couldn’t go into the store and just get it, I had to figure it out and order online because it seems like the salesperson (the manager) wanted to make a sale that day instead of getting me what I actually wanted & NEEDED. You guys DO have netgear nighthawk. Also it’ll say someone named “Kevin R” made the sale on 9/12/2023, however, I’ve never spoke to a Kevin, I’m not sure why he put it under Kevin as the person who sold anything to me. Seems pretty sketch if you ask me .

We've been a customer of this store since we moved into South Tampa 4 years ago. We always had great and fair experiences here with the staff and upgrading our phones. However, this time I stopped in to see what plans were available to upgrade my Samsung and they had an offer to "trade-in" your phone to upgrade to a new Samsung phone for 1 $1000 credit, your upgrade would be basically free. I upgraded then had 30 days to trade in a cell phone to activate the $1000 phone credit. I stopped in with a cell phone to trade in within the 30 day period. The rep checked while I was there and assured me that I would get a credit of $1000 and it would show up on my bill within a billing cycle, or two. I was happy with that and left the store thinking the credit would show up shortly on my bill. A week later I received a text from ATT customer service and said I would only get a credit of $6.70 for the trade ini of my other samsung phone, and NOT $1000. The rep was dishonest with me about this trade in. If he would have told me right up front that the trade value was $6.70, it would have been a different story. He didn't and basically lied about the credit to get me out of the store. Well, he did succeed...because I left that store and will never be back to that Westshore store, and we are due for 2 more upgrades. I will be cancelling those accounts and move them to another carrier. Then I will look to move my account to another carrier. Bye ATT! Nice way to treat your customers after so many years and a perfect on-time payment account.

I came into the store because my phone screen was white. After the rep. tried to fix my phone, he told me he couldn't not, which was fine. So, I paid off the remaining balance and purchased a new phone. I took the phone to the Apple Store afterwards and the associate was able to fix the phone within 10 seconds by doing a hard reset, which the ATT store associate tried to do in store by following a YouTube video. he was unsuccessful. After trying to return the new phone, I was informed that I couldnt be reimbursed the payoff amount for the old phone. I was also told I couldnt use the $350 credit for trading in my old phone toward the payoff amount. I then spoke with someone online who said they would refund my card the payoff amount bc this was the fault of ATT. They refunded the amount, however,they then just moved the charge to my bill. This problem was caused because ATT failed to do their job in store bc they were simply trying to sell me a phone rather than help me out as a customer. Ive spend so much time and energy trying to have this issue resolved and there hasnt been any help. I will certainly be closing my account after how this situation was handled.

Kevin was very kind, efficient, informative and patient. I got off work late and stayed till the store closed. He helped me with my trade ins and informed me of things to expect regarding my first bill.

I am so thankful I found this store. Luis and Roberto gave me an outstanding service and helped me above and beyond. I only came to Tampa on a business trip and had purchased a brand new phone the day before from Orlando that ended up not working and I left with no service and no way to communicate with my family. They found the issue, they made all necessary calls and fixed it. Thank you guys!

Went in to upgrade. Our bill was supposed to go up maybe $50 and it went from $200 a month to $600 a month because the guy we were dealing with added the $45 insurance to all 3 of our lines. So we were paying triple for the insurance that covers 4 lines.
