My five star rating is due how professional the entire process from start to finish was. I spoke to Willie who I presume has a fleet of drivers. I called this gentleman past 10pm to move a vehicle to the other side of Florida and he was able to find a driver within the same evening. About 12 hours later a very professional and overall nice-in-general driver arrived and quickly hauled the vehicle away. The prices are great and appropriate. Willie!!! This man was Angel sent!!!!!! OMG! I can’t brag on him ENOUGH I’m out of town and my mom had my truck, my battery died and THREE AAA trucks later Willie came and saved the day!!! I appreciate his customer service, the peace of mind he gave me in reassuring he’s the man for the job, his level of confidence in getting the job done right, all of these factors are the reasons why I will continue to use his service and I HIGHLY recommended him!! He towed my baby in less than 5 minutes after having been told by three others they couldn’t do the job. My mom said he’s easy on the eyes too so I’m sure ladies that helps when dealing with frustrated situations as your vehicle needing a tow! 5 star rating for customer service and getting the job done! I had a car that I needed to get rid of I live in a condo association and I couldn’t have a car that didn’t work. My mom contacted Willy, and asked him to give me a call to go over details about money and sending a crew member to pick up. He did contact me we agreed on a price and I had a good vibe from him so while I was at work they came and got the car and gave my mom the money that we agreed on. Flat bed towing for an expensive vehicle . Expert service and on time delivery . Would recommend first call them save yourself a headache. I had two days of incomplete service from a well know road assist provder that could not handle the situation. . He was very personable and professional. When the driver was running behind he let me know that it may be a bit longer than expected. He included me in every aspect of the towing process. My van had been sitting in my carport and hadn't moved an inch for the past 24 years. I wasn't certain if I could move it at all, let alone successfully get it towed to my new house. I found Authentic Auto Sales on Craigslist, gave them a call and they sent a guy (Adam) with a truck over ASAP. He got my van out of it's spot, onto the truck and then a short while later, let it back down off the truck at it's new home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the Tampa Bay area that needs any of the services they offer. I called Willie at Authentic Auto Sales to have a classic british sports towed from my warehouse in Tampa to Glenns British Repair in St Petersburg. The driver was there as promised at 8:30am & carefully loaded the car on the flatbed. He was neat & respectful & the car was at its destination in 45 minutes. The price was great as was the service!
