Automatic wash is cash only, but it ate $2 and wouldn't give me any change and doesn't accept quarters. No contact info to get a refund.

Most all of the machines only take quarters to work, and many times the change machines do not work. The vacuum I used was very weak and ended up having to use another machine to get my car clean. The automatic wash doesn’t do a good job so I just use the self-service wash, though it can get expensive if you aren’t quick with using it.

I paid for the"deluxe" wash and the automatic car wash sprayed soap over my entire car and then stopped working. One of the self-service bays was out of order as well and the other two were taken up with people detailing their trucks. I couldn't find a number to call management. I had to wipe off my windshield as the soap dried on my cart and then find a nearby carwash to start over.

It was an ok car cleaning. They did not vacuum out the back seat, they missed part of the console wiping it out. It was late in the day, I will not be back. No one speaks English and it was too hard to communicate. I wasn't sure if the person that took my car in the first place even worked there and my car disappeared for a bit and then reappeared....I was a little nervous. Maybe if they spoke English, I would have been more comfortable knowing their process.

My fiancé brought our car here (he's a non Spanish speaker) they found a way to communicate respectfully and our car came out amazing. We will definitely come back here
