Been dealing with their customer services manager for since July 1st. Still can’t get what ordered. Their automated response was nice though
Well finally got a partial delivery. Damaged of course

I recently moved to Central Florida and decided to visit Arhaus in Tampa to furnish my new home. Robin did an amazing job helping me pick out furniture for my living and dining rooms. She listened to me, asked great questions and her suggestions were spot on with my tastes. Since then, we have communicated about other pieces and the follow up has been fantastic, not just from her, but from everyone I have been in contact with. I am very happy with the quality, value and service I received from Robin and this entire team and highly recommend Arhaus in Tampa.

I was searching for a a comfortable sectional at Arhaus. I received excellent service from Marcee. She not only helped with space planning, but took me to each of their sectionals until I found the perfect one - the Kipton. She communicated every step of the way. Great customer service & product!

I’m obsessed. Always love the way they style their showroom. My favorite part is the back of the store where they have like the cool Mediterranean looking features with a entrance wall and a big fireplace. Love that space they have some great offers this season

My wife Alyssa and I really like the unique style and heirloom quality of Arhaus furniture and decor. We had the best experience working with Dina from the Tampa Store helping us with design for multiple rooms of our home that we are currently remodeling. David the manager of the Tampa Store is awesome! He went above and beyond to coordinate delivery around a big life event we had coming up, explained opportunities Arhaus offers for savings and just flat out provided great customer service and communication. My family and I have recently moved to the Tampa area. We had the task of furnishing our new home completely from scratch. While shopping one day in Tampa, we strolled into Arhaus where we got introduced to Marcee, our Amazing Design Consultant. Describing her as amazing is an understatement. She was and has been so patient and gracious throughout our journey. Marcee helped us design our dream home. She helped us pick out piece by piece until we had our whole home beautifully designed. All of the pieces we chose were shipped and arrived quickly. If we had any questions or wanted to alter the design as we went, Marcee was very accommodating and effective in sourcing our pieces promptly. We could not be happier and will be Arhaus customers for life. Don’t hesitate to shop here, you won’t be disappointed.

I stopped in to buy a gift for someone and was helped by Marcee who was just wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me to find a candle that was gorgeous and smelled amazing. I’ll be visiting to buy more soon!

The “Darcee” Team of Dina and Marcee was amazing. From start to finish they helped us select our furnishings and find the best fit for our space and style. Their product knowledge was great and they were able to recommend items from the full portfolio that meet our needs. The after service follow up and responsiveness had also been excellent. If you are furniture shopping, ask for the Darcee team at Arhaus in Tampa …you won’t be disappointed.

Arhaus has worked with us on a few different projects, their sales staff are extremely consultative and patient. For our recent larger project we used their design services which were fantastic and ensuring we made the right choices with scale in mind. We can’t wait for it all to come together.

Drove 30mins to this location, there was a small tropical storm causing some rain about 200 miles off shore and nothing more, every store practically open and hundreds of people at the mall, but apparently they think a little rain should close the store. Have no notice anywhere online that they closed. In fact they’re listed as open. Lazy workers looking for any reason not to work despite the rest of the stores at the mall remaining open.
Cancelled my order with them and went with Crate and Barrel. They didn’t even seemed phased by it when we called them up to cancel. Poor customer service. They cannot be relied upon.
Edit: The safety of your employees may be a priority (even though we’re talking about a little rain, nothing more, and thousands of shoppers at the mall that day), but simply communicating and notifying your customers was not.
No notice posted on your website. No notice on social google business page. Not even a simple notice hung on the door of the closed store. Literally nothing.
It’s very clear to me that the executives dropped the ball in something as simple as posting a notice. Your customers should be a top priority. Without us, you have nothing. Sure, safety is important (even though that was a bad call this time around), and if you’re gonna close, that’s fine, but notify your customers.
Also, when we call to cancel a larger order (sectional sofa) maybe train the staff to apologize. Something so simple could have saved the sale. Crate and Barrel was open, operational, welcoming, and very customer service focused in the same day, and we decided to spend our money with them.

We bought some Furniture and a couple martini side table from Arhaus in Tampa last month.
The items are good, But their customers service is atrocious.
We purchased the two martini tables, one small one and one taller.
We decided to exchange the taller on for another small one like our other one. My wife called their Tampa store numerous times and left messages for them to return the call. No one called us back for a few days, so she called again and left another message. No one will answer the phone or return calls from either one of their phone numbers. I would probably have given them a Zero, but that was not a choice.
Most reputable companies we have dealt with will return calls to their customers, especially ones that spend over $9000 in their store. Arhaus may have nice products, but if your customer service is this terrible, I don't think we will Ever visit their store again. There are too many great furniture stores out their that really care about their customers.

Bernette is the best. We did FaceTime videos of the rooms that need furnished and she recommended items that will work for my space.
She follows up and sends me new items she thinks I might like. We have become friends now. Thanks Arhaus!
