My mother was cared for by aqua care. James was my contact person and he went above and beyond working a schedule that worked for us. He kept in contact to make sure we were pleased with the care. He Is a compassionate and caring person. He definitely made family feel our loved one was in good hands. I met Tanya (the caregiver with aqua care) at hospice. She waited until I arrived and helped with my mom until family arrived. I highly recommend this company as the staff make the company the best ever!

James Rosa is outstanding!! James goes way, way, above and beyond for our residents. Aqua Home Care provides private duty, one on one companions for our patients/residents. For example one of our residents who was a new patient to Aqua Home Care; took a turn and was being transported to Hospice House. James personally visited the patient prior to her discharge and assured our patient the companion (who was there at the time this all happened) would transport with her to Hospice House. The companion would she gets settled staying by her side the whole time. That's caring and going the extra mile!! He loves his job you can see it in his smile! He volunteers yes Volunteers at the facility I work at. James volunteered on a Saturday; helping us set up for our annual Rummage Sale that funds our Activities Dept. and he is serving Breakfast as well. James attends our Monthly Birthday Party for the residents. Something I learn about James is he is a "CHEF" he volunteers to spend time with our residents at our Culinary Club!! He is an asset to Aqua Home Care and the community! We really appreciate all he does for our Residents! You have to love working with the elderly... it is a gift!!

James Sosa continues to not only be THAT advocate for my patients and their families but now he has sacrificed time and energy to find the best private duty fit for my mother. My sister and I are so pleased with his patience in understanding how things can somehow become short notice but Aqua Home Care definitely stands out from all the rest ...It has been a true Blessing for our family . Thanks James for all your hard work and dedication.

Aqua Home Care has been such a blessing to my family. I am the guardian of my multi-handicap brother. Unfortunately he spends a bit of time in the hospital. Aqua Home Care is always able to help by sending my brother someone to stay with him during the night. He is not able to do anything for himself so having someone there to be his voice and advocate for his needs is priceless!! I’m not sure what I would do without them!

My mother came out of her long hospital and rehab stay needing a homecare aide. I was told about Aqua Homecare, and reached out to them. Every single encounter with them was so caring and professional. The two homecare aids Mom was assigned were so sweet and caring for Mom. They did everything she needed. I will certainly use this company again if there is a family member that needs care.

I cannot thank James, with Aqua Home Care, enough for helping me with the care of my friend upon her release from rehab. The situation had so many obstacles that were not anticipated and decisions had to be made on the spot. James took charge with the utmost professionalism and care for my friend. The care that has been shown since her return to her home is top notch. Thank you for all your help. I highly recommend Aqua Home Care.

I have worked with different representatives at Aqua Home health for a few years now but I’ve got to say they have really out done themselves with this one! James has shown us that there is no limit to how far he will go when it comes to his clients and their needs. He is always available, always helpful, and always fully committed and that is just saying very little. James has shown us time after time that he gives this extraordinary top-tier experience to each and every client no matter how they meet or the situation they are in, it is never a question on who to call when someone is in need of services that mean something services that actually make a difference, Thank you James !!!

I been working with this company for 4+ years it’s an excellent company to work for friendly, professional, and caring. Great office staff that’s there to assist you with any question, comments, or concerns. Especially Mr.James Area manger, ever since I meant him he has gone above and beyond for me. Whether it’s work related or personal issue. Being there for me every inch of the way. He cares for all his employees. I would trust this company with my family when time comes. They will go the extra mile for your family and ensuring high quality care to them. I have had sick parents for 5 years. Not only were they not able to take care of themselves they expected me (who works) to take care of their every need. Now I needed help! I have been through so many different agencies and could never find one that would take care of them like I would
Then came an answer to my prayers,…AquaCare! When I spoke to Chelsea and was able to meet with her and my parents within days I was hooked.
The caregiver she assigned to us fit our every request. She has become a part of our family.
I call her my angel. The people at Aqua Care truly listen to your needs and provides a perfect caregiving for your loved ones.
If you are in need of help with anybody look no further than Aqua Care. They are at the front of the pact in reliability, compassion, kindness and loving care for your family member.

My Mom is 96, but she needs a person to be with her at all times. She looses her balance easily so she has fallen frequently. When in the hospital last November , I was able to get the name of some companies that can provide the day service. I interview 9 companies & none of them gave me the confidence that you care for the patience like Evelyn did. She guide me through the system and made things easy and I felt at ease. No matter the day or time she always been there to answer my questions. Our first experience was in December when Mom got out of rehab. We had "Jewel", it was an amazing experience, there is not enough words that will make justice to her. My Mom did not want to anyone at the house, but after the first day ,all she can talked is how good Jewel was. For now we only need someone twice a week. We had 2 different ladies but "Sarah" was the best. She would love Jewel all the time. In march, when she fell & needed someone for 2 daystar take care of her we call "A Place for Mom", it does not compares to the service and treatment I got from Aqua Home Care. Aqua Home Care really cares.

My 91-year-old mother had a stroke. She lives at a memory care facility and went from independently walking to a wheelchair.After her hospital stay, she was very restless at night and moved around in bed a lot. I contacted Andre and we had overnight care from 7-7 for a few weeks to keep a close eye on her. The staff sent me texts of her overnight in the mornings which gave us peace of mind that she wasn't falling out of bed.We then went to a 6p-10p person for a little while before feeling confident that Mom was more settled.I am pleased with the care she received and Andre’s attentiveness to our needs. Very easy company to work with. Very responsive to questions and changes in needs. I would recommend them to anyone needing extra or in-home care.

Aqua is awesome! I worked with Dawn and she is amazing. She was super professional and moved quickly. Within a couple of days she had my mom fully staffed with 24hr care. The caregivers were all on time and very polite. They took good care of my mom. I highly recommend it his agency.
