I was visiting this store to purchase a Smart Watch, the product was of good quality. However, the wait time to serve me was almost 1 hour. They should hire more qualified personnel who can provide better and more efficient service to the user.

Replaced my battery and the new battery is actually worst than the original battery. They didn’t want to refund me or replace the battery again for a working battery

This store is just ridiculous!! The employees they have working there are extremely rude to their customers!! On top of that they NEVER, I mean NEVER honor appointments that they have the customers make! Like I said just ridiculous and very unprofessional! I will NEVER go back to that Apple Store!

I went to the apple store yesterday…I received terrible service from employee…she was fat and short…right next to the door…I was very polite in asking if she could come and help me Answer 1about iphone i wwant to buy yesterday and question about the Iphone I'm about to buy on the table...at that time, she was standing alone and doing nothing...she waved my hand and said: If you want to ask anything, come here..even her She didn't even turn towards me..she even glared at me and this was discrimination...this was the worst employee I've ever met and I thought this was my mother...the treatment of customers too bad

I agree with the DOJs latest lawsuit. I was a former apple user, since the very first iPhone that I traded my blackberry in for. The customer service pre 2018 was amazing, if a product failed they replaced it with no question and at no cost without having to purchase applecare (applecare didn't exist). But as sales soared they got greedy and expected double digit growth year over year and resorted to poorer quality, user funded growth potential such as apple care, and lowered the customer service experience drastically at all apple stores, at the same time they also started resorting to questionable new technology captures, as previously settled lawsuits prove. I personally left them for good a few years ago after an only 23 months old product completely failed for no real reason at all. Loving my new Android family!

Do not buy Beats Headphones. Apple owns beats. Headphones owned for 1 year 3 months and there is a MAJOR defect where they do not charge. Customer care for beats is run by Apple and was told to go to Apple store. There was nothing they could do for this. The customer service provided 2 solutions. 1 send them in to get fixed which would COST MORE THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE TODAY. And 2 was told to pay MORE for protection in the future! Avoid this store as they just simply do not care about the consumer.

Have new 2 month phone 15 and came by the store because is not working at all and spent over 2 hours and they won’t replace with new phone after they had to open the new phone to get the serial number. Not it’s going to take 5 to 7 days to send for service after it was opened. Not happy with phone or service

I had an appointment at 7:45 PM on Saturday night. They informed me that the repair would take until the next day, but if I returned the following day, I would only have to wait 3 hours for the repair. When I inquired about the need for a new appointment, they assured me that my current appointment was valid for 7 days and no additional appointment was necessary. However, upon returning on Monday morning, the staff told me I had to wait 2 hours and that I needed an appointment. This was frustrating and felt like a waste of time, especially since I had paid for Apple Care. It's important to get clear confirmation and documentation of any arrangements to avoid such issues.
